They will also manifest and perfectly awaken to complete and perfect enlightenment. The measure of their lives will be ten intermediate kalpas. Those hundreds of thousands of beings prostrated with their five limbs at the feet of the Tathagata Jewel Essence. The Tathagata Jewel Essence then spoke: "Those who proclaim steadfastly like dragons, rest for a while! Accumulate virtuous treasures correctly! Quickly strive for the perfections! You will become guides for gods, humans, and the world." Seventh Chapter. Son of the lineage, then the Brahmin Ocean Dust spoke to the ninth prince, named Sinless, connecting as before. He requested: "Venerable Bhagavan, in any case, when I practice the conduct of a Bodhisattva, in the ten directions of the world, as many as the sands of the Ganges River, may the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, as many as the sands of the Ganges River, who dwell and live, become my witnesses, and thus I will practice the conduct of a Bodhisattva. Venerable Bhagavan, from the time I generate the mind of enlightenment in your presence until I manifest and perfectly awaken to unsurpassed, complete, and perfect enlightenment, may I not generate a mind of regret when I practice the conduct of a Bodhisattva! Until approaching the ultimate end of enlightenment, may my vows be firm, and may I act as I have spoken! May I not disturb the minds of other sentient beings! May I not generate a mind towards the vehicle of Hearers and Solitary Buddhas! May desire and attachment not arise, nor mental factors! May I not be associated with drowsiness and sleep! May I not be associated with excitement! May I not be associated with regret! May I not be associated with doubt! Until the ultimate end of enlightenment, when I practice the conduct of a Bodhisattva, may there be no killing, may there be no taking what is not given, may there be no unchaste conduct, may there be no lying, may there be no divisive speech, may there be no harsh speech, may there be no idle chatter, may there be no covetousness."

，嗔恨心不生起，邪见不生起，疑惑不生起，对法不恭敬的心不生起，欺骗的心不生起，愿这些不善之法都不生起。乃至菩提究竟，即使是迈出一步，也愿恒常生起忆念佛陀之心及心所。我乃至菩提究竟，不离见佛、闻法、恭敬僧众。愿生生世世皆能获得出家之身。愿生生世世手持拂尘。愿具足三法衣、住于树下、持钵、住于寺院、行乞食、少欲知足、说法、言辞端正、无量无边的勇气。愿莫生起堕罪之根。愿不以虚妄之语降伏外道。愿不为妇女宣说具有空性的法。愿不以作意空性而为妇女说法。愿不摇动手臂而说法。愿我恒常对已真实进入大乘的菩萨们生起视师之想。我于何说法师处听闻佛法，愿以视师之想恭敬承侍。愿我如敬奉如来一般，对说法师作供养、恭敬承侍、视为上师、绘制画像、作礼拜。乃至我的血肉之躯，亦愿用以承侍说法师。愿我不分别何者为法器、何者非法器，而行布施。愿我不对法布施生起悭吝之心及心所。愿我以自己的生命布施，救护为求菩提之众生。愿我以自身精进之力和以祈愿所成之物，使受苦众生从痛苦中完全解脱。

May there be no anger, no malice, no wrong views, no doubt, no disrespect for the Dharma, and no deceitful thoughts, and may these negative qualities not arise. Until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment, even with just a single step, may the mind and mental factors of constantly remembering the Buddha arise. May I, until the ultimate attainment of enlightenment, never be separated from seeing the Buddha, hearing the Dharma, and honoring the Sangha. May I attain ordination in all lifetimes. May I hold a fly-whisk in all lifetimes. May I be endowed with the three Dharma robes, dwelling under trees, holding a begging bowl, dwelling in monasteries, living on alms, having few desires, being content, teaching the Dharma, having virtuous speech, and possessing immeasurable courage. May the root of downfall not arise. May I not subdue opponents with false and deceitful words. May I not teach the Dharma of emptiness to women. May I not teach the Dharma to women while contemplating emptiness. May I not teach the Dharma while waving my hands. May I always generate the perception of the teacher towards the Bodhisattvas who have truly entered the Great Vehicle. When I listen to the Dharma from any Dharma speaker, may I serve them with the perception of the teacher. May I treat the Dharma speaker with the same respect, service, reverence, and worship as I would the Tathagata, regarding them as my guru, painting their image, and making offerings to them. May I serve the Dharma speaker even with my own flesh and blood. May I give alms without discriminating between those who are vessels and those who are not. May I not generate a mind of stinginess or mental factors towards the giving of the Dharma. May I completely protect beings who seek enlightenment with the gift of my own life. May I, through the power of my own diligence and the substance accomplished through my prayers, completely liberate all suffering beings from their suffering.

愿成办。我 无论是具足出家相，还是具足在家相，对于已犯堕落或者未犯堕落者，请不要加以诽谤。我对于利养、恭敬和供养，恒常生起如火、毒药和兵器般的觉知。尊者世尊，如果我如世尊面前所发愿的这些愿望，直至圆满菩提之间都能如实成就，为了这个缘故，愿我的双手之中出现具有千辐的天人宝轮，具有轮毂，具有轮辋，如太阳般光明的宝轮。王子无罪才说完这些话，双手之中就如所愿般出现了轮宝。又禀白道：尊者世尊，如果直至圆满菩提之间，我的这个愿望都能圆满成就，为了这个缘故，愿这些轮宝以声音清楚地传达这所有圆满的佛刹，为了赐予菩萨授记、忆念不忘的智慧显现，以及修习空性的行持，愿以如龙王喜和近喜二者一般的高亢声音，前往具有五浊的空旷佛刹。凡是生于其中的众生，愿他们的耳根之中也听到这个法类。才一听到，愿这些众生的贪欲得以平息，嗔恨、愚痴、我慢、嫉妒和悭吝得以平息。愿所有众生忆念佛陀，以作意而于无上正等觉发起菩提心。善男子，王子无罪 放出了这些宝轮，这些宝轮迅速地行进，譬如佛陀世尊迅速地行走一般，这些宝轮也同样如此。

May it be accomplished. I Whether possessing the characteristics of a renunciant or the characteristics of a householder, may I not slander those who have fallen into transgression or those who have not. May I always cultivate the perception of gain, respect, and offerings as being like fire, poison, and weapons. Venerable Bhagavan, if these aspirations that I have made in the presence of the Bhagavan are to be truly fulfilled until the attainment of perfect enlightenment, then for that reason, may a thousand-spoked celestial precious wheel appear in each of my two hands, complete with hub and rim, and as radiant as the sun. As soon as Prince Innocent spoke those words, wheels appeared in his two hands just as he had wished. And he further supplicated: Venerable Bhagavan, if this wish of mine is to be completely fulfilled until the attainment of perfect enlightenment, then for that reason, may these wheels make all the Buddha-fields fully aware through sound, and for the sake of bestowing prophecies upon bodhisattvas, the manifestation of unfailing wisdom, and the practice of meditating on emptiness, may they proceed with a loud, clear sound, like that of the two Naga kings, Nanda and Upananda, to the empty Buddha-fields filled with the five degenerations. May all the beings born there hear this Dharma teaching in their ears. As soon as they hear it, may the desire of those beings be completely pacified, and may hatred, delusion, pride, jealousy, and stinginess be completely pacified. May all beings, by remembering the Buddha and applying their minds, generate the mind of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Noble son, Prince Innocent released those precious wheels, and they traveled so swiftly, just as the Bhagavan Buddha travels swiftly, so too did those precious wheels.
