Where does it arise? It does not arise when that ceases. The mind that focuses on various aspects is like entering into various things. Likewise, why does it not enter into a wall in the sky? If the mind were to enter by focusing on a single sign, the mind would also be produced by conditions, and it would not be just the mind. Who grasps the mind with the mind? There is nothing that has a cause. The nature of the mind is pure, and the sky has no imprints. Because of attachment to one's own mind, the mind becomes very arising. The appearance of external phenomena is either existent or nonexistent, therefore it is only mind. The mind is the basis of all, the consciousness of the alaya, and the mind of ego is the mind. That which grasps objects is called consciousness. The mind is always unspecified. The mind wanders in both, and the arising of consciousness is also like that, that is virtuous and non-virtuous. The body, place, and enjoyment are the three aspects of what is grasped. The mind, the consciousness of grasping, and the three of discriminating grasping. Abandoning the two consciousnesses is the gate of ultimate meaning, if one dwells in the absence of appearance, where is the establishment of the three vehicles? The mind-only and the absence of appearance, as well as the Buddha-ground and places, those are taught by the Buddhas, and will be explained and held. The seven grounds are the mind, and the absence of appearance is the eighth. Here, the two grounds are places, and the other grounds are my nature. Speech and individual self-awareness, this ground is my nature, the supreme place of the Great Powerful One, Akanishta is extremely beautiful. Just like fire, its rays are various, pleasant, peaceful, and greatly arising, those emanate the three realms. Some of the three realms are emanated, and some have been emanated before, there the vehicles are taught, that is my nature ground. For the transference to the field and realization, there is no time for the grounds, having passed beyond mind-only, it is the fruit of dwelling in the absence of appearance. Various existences and non-existences will also appear. Children are corrupted by grasping, and the various are inverted. When will non-conceptual wisdom not be able to have things? Why? Because the mind is not form, therefore it is not

Understanding. The faculties are like illusions, and the objects are like dreams. The agent, action, and deed, in all aspects, do not exist. All the meditations, immeasurables, formless realms, samādhis, and cessation of perception, do not exist merely in the mind. The fruit of stream-entry, the fruit of once-returner, the fruit of non-returner, and arhatship itself are mental errors. Fools understand conditioned things as impermanent, momentary, and empty. Like the examples of seeds, flowing water, and flames, understand the meaning of momentariness. Without an agent and momentary, abandoning the activity of solitude, and the non-arising of all dharmas, I have explained the meaning of momentariness. Those born from existence and non-existence are known by the Vaiśeṣikas and Sāṃkhyas. All that is unstated is also explained by them. There are four types of statements: one-sided statements, questions, distinctions, and establishments, which refute the doctrines of the Tirthikas. In conventional truth, everything exists, but in ultimate truth, it does not. If one desires selflessness in dharmas in ultimate truth, then since the object of focus is without self-nature, it is therefore the teaching of conventional truth. If an entity arises from the cause of expression, and if it has self-nature, then there should be no such thing as an entity arising from expression that is said to be non-existent. But this expression has no entity here; it does not exist even in conventional truth. Since perversion does not exist, the object of focus does not exist either. If perversion exists, then non-self-nature would cease to exist. Because there are four types of perversion, whatever is focused upon becomes selfless and non-existent in all respects. These various appearances are minds tainted by negative tendencies, holding onto appearances as forms, and external objects are mental delusions. Through conceptualization and non-conceptualization, discursive thoughts will be completely abandoned, and in the place of non-conceptual conceptualization, emptiness is truly seen. Like various illusory elephants, like leaves and gold, the mind is tainted by ignorance, and thus it appears to people. Noble ones do not see error, but neither is truth present at that time. Why? Because if it were truth at that time, then error would also become truth. Having abandoned all errors
