For the sake of the teachings, these verses were spoken. Emptiness, impermanence, in an instant, Children think of it as different. Like flowing water, a lamp, a seed, Understand the meaning of an instant. In an instant, afflictions and confusion cease, Abandoning what causes utter isolation. The nature of phenomena is unborn, I have explained the meaning of an instant. Things are born and then destroyed, This is not explained to children. Uninterrupted, continuous things, Are completely fabricated by conceptual thought. Ignorance is the cause, From which the mind arises. As long as form has not arisen, What direction is there in between? Immediately after destruction, Another mind arises after it. If form does not remain in time, How can it arise by focusing on something? Because it arises from those, It arises from a non-true cause. How can that which is unestablished, Know the destruction in an instant? The samadhi of yogis, And the relics of the Vajra Buddha, The immeasurable palace of the realm of clear light, Are the indestructible things of the world. Truly abiding in the Dharma, The Tathagata is perfect in wisdom, Monks who have attained equality, How can they be seen as momentary? The forms of gandharvas and illusions, Are not momentary. On non-true forms and so on, They see the true nature. Then the Bodhisattva Great Wisdom again asked the Blessed One: As the Blessed One said, the Arhats also attain the unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment, are they not equal to the Bodhisattvas and without distinction? If all sentient beings have the nature of Nirvana, who will manifest perfect enlightenment? Furthermore, from the night the Tathagata attained unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment, until the night he entered Nirvana, he did not utter a single word, nor did he answer. Moreover, the Tathagatas always abide in equanimity, therefore there is no conceptualization or deliberation. The deeds of the emanation Tathagata

Those manifestations have been subdued. Furthermore, why is it said that the nature of all consciousnesses is to perish from one moment to the next? It is also said that the mighty Vajrapani always follows and protects. One will not fall into the initial extreme. Furthermore, if there are karmic obscurations such as Mara and the deeds of Mara, the ripening of misdeeds, the Brahmin girl Canca, the beautiful wandering woman, returning with an empty bowl, etc., why is it that the Bhagavan, having attained the wisdom of omniscience, has not been freed from faults? The Bhagavan said: Great Wisdom, therefore listen well and keep it in mind, and I will explain it to you. Great Wisdom said to the Bhagavan: Bhagavan, I will listen accordingly. After listening to the teachings, the Bhagavan said: Great Wisdom, it is taught for the sake of entering nirvana without remainder, for the sake of greatly rejoicing in the conduct of Bodhisattvas, and for the sake of turning those Bodhisattva practitioners in this and other worlds who are devoted to the Hearer Vehicle away from the Hearer Vehicle and making them strive greatly in the Great Vehicle, therefore the emanation Buddha prophesied to the Hearers, but not the Dharma-nature Buddha. Great Wisdom, therefore the Hearers are prophesied to be no different from the Bodhisattvas. Great Wisdom, the so-called non-difference is because the Hearers, Solitary Buddhas, and Buddhas, the Bhagavan, are the same in terms of the obscuration of afflictions and liberation, but not because they have abandoned the obscuration of wisdom. Great Wisdom, the obscuration of wisdom is purified by the distinction of seeing the non-self of phenomena, and the obscuration of afflictions is abandoned by becoming accustomed to seeing the non-self of persons. Thus, the cessation of the seven consciousnesses, liberation from the obscuration of Dharma, and the cessation of the habitual tendencies of the alaya consciousness will lead to ultimate purity. This is spoken with regard to the abiding of the previous Dharma.

In the past and in the future, there are no things. For the sake of the ultimate aspiration, the Tathagata also has no conception, and teaches the Dharma without discrimination, because it is transformed by true wisdom, and because memory does not decline, there is also no conception, and no discrimination. Because the habits of the place of dwelling and the place of ignorance are abandoned, the two defilements are abandoned, the two deaths and transmigrations are separated, the selflessness of person and Dharma is understood, and the two obscurations are abandoned. Great Wisdom, the mind and consciousness, and the seven consciousnesses such as eye consciousness are all momentary, separated from the cause of habits, the side of unpolluted virtue, and also separated from not revolving in samsara. Great Wisdom, the Tathagatagarbha is the cause of samsara and nirvana, happiness and suffering, but wise men and ordinary people who are deluded by emptiness cannot understand it. Great Wisdom, the one who follows and protects the Vajrapani is the incarnate Buddha, not the true Tathagata. Great Wisdom, the true Tathagata is separated from all faculties and measures, therefore it is contrary to the faculties and measures of ordinary people, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and all heretics, in order to abide in the present Dharma, to obtain the uninterrupted Dharma, the forbearance of knowing the Dharma, so it is not to be protected by Vajrapani. All incarnate Buddhas are not born from karma. The Buddha transformed by illusion is neither a Buddha nor different from the Buddha, just like the cause of the potter's wheel and so on, like this, he performs the activities of sentient beings, and having the marks and characteristics, he teaches the Dharma, but he does not explain the places of their own nature, each with its own self-realized realm. Furthermore, Great Wisdom, ordinary people, because the seven aggregates of consciousness are extinguished, give rise to the view of annihilation. Because they have not realized the Alaya consciousness, they give rise to the view of permanence. Because of their own discrimination, they give rise to the initial
