That is, Mahamati, although it appears that way, it is not its nature. Similarly, Mahamati, on the other's dependent nature, the completely imputed nature appears as the nature of various kinds of discriminating minds with many aspects. Mahamati, due to the habit of clinging to the nature of completely discriminating things, it transforms into the nature of the completely imputed nature through complete discrimination. Mahamati, this is the teaching of the Buddha who appears similarly. Mahamati, the Dharma-nature Buddha is devoid of the nature of the nature of mind, and is subdued by the object of practice that is self-realized by each noble one. Mahamati, the Buddhas who are emanated by transformation are the nature of generosity, meditation, discipline, samadhi, mind, wisdom, prajna, aggregates, realms, sources, liberation, and the entry of consciousness, which are thoroughly distinguished and universally established. It also shows the nature of the stages of formless samadhi that are beyond the views of non-Buddhists. Mahamati, the Dharma-nature Buddha is without an object and is free from an object, completely turning away from all the natures of action, faculties, and valid cognition, and shows that it is not the realm of those who cling to the nature of self, such as children, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and non-Buddhists. Mahamati, therefore, one should strive for the nature of the difference that is self-realized by each noble one. You should also observe the appearance of the nature of your own mind in a reversed manner. Mahamati, furthermore, the nature of the detailed distinctions of the aspects of the Shravaka Vehicle is twofold. That is, the nature of the difference that is self-realized by each noble one and the nature of clinging to the nature of discriminating things. Mahamati, what is the nature of the difference that is self-realized by each noble one among the Shravakas? That is, emptiness, selflessness, suffering, and aversion to the pleasure of impermanent realms, as well as the aggregates, realms, and sources due to cessation, and the self and the general external aspect of being indestructible.

Some say that the eternal and inconceivable are spoken of by the Tirthikas. The Blessed One said: Mahamati, the eternal and inconceivable of the Tirthikas cannot be obtained. Why is that? Mahamati, the eternal and inconceivable of the Tirthikas is not endowed with the self-nature of a cause. Mahamati, whatever is eternal and inconceivable, if it is not endowed with the self-nature of a cause, how can it be manifested as eternal and inconceivable? Mahamati, if the eternal and inconceivable spoken of by the Tirthikas has the self-nature of a cause, then the self-nature of a cause that depends on a cause will become impermanent, and it will not be eternal and inconceivable. Mahamati, my ultimate eternal and inconceivable is endowed with the self-nature of an ultimate cause, it is free from existence and non-existence, and it is endowed with the self-nature that is known by each noble one through their own wisdom. Because true wisdom is the cause, it is endowed with a cause. Because it is free from existence and non-existence, it is eternal because it is similar to uncreated space, Nirvana, the example of cessation, and the Dharma. Therefore, Mahamati, this is not consistent with the eternal and inconceivable spoken of by the Tirthikas. Mahamati, this eternal and inconceivable is the Suchness that is to be realized by the Tathagatas through the wisdom of each noble one. Therefore, Mahamati, Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas should strive to realize the eternal and inconceivable through their own wisdom. Mahamati, furthermore, the eternal and inconceivable of the Tirthikas is impermanent because it arises from the cause of the nature of non-things and impermanence. Because it is distinguished by the self-nature of the cause made by me, it is not eternal. Mahamati, the eternal and inconceivable of the Tirthikas is regarded as eternal because it is a created non-thing, and then it is inferred.
