Hosts of yakshas, hosts of rakshasas, hosts of gandharvas, and hosts of asuras will also gather, and when those who have gathered in large numbers see the bodhisattva playing in the form of a lion, they will also generate the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment mind and make aspirations, and others who see it will also think that it will become the cause until complete nirvana. Son of the family, then the bodhisattva, sitting under the bodhi tree, emitted light from the urna. That light illuminated this three-thousand-great-thousand world realm and completely obscured the light of the sun and moon, making all the abodes of the demons pale, and from that light came such a sound: That son of the Shakya has manifested from the Shakya clan. He will become perfectly enlightened, and will completely transcend the realm of demons, and will also cause countless other sentient beings to completely transcend the realm of demons, thereby reducing the power of the demons and the hosts of demons. Go and fight with him! Son of the family, then the light truly urged the evil demon, and he was pierced by a great arrow of sorrow. Angry and threatening, he immediately deployed and assembled the fourfold army and went to where the bodhi tree was. In order to obstruct the bodhisattva, the demon army filled the area of thirty-two yojanas. Then, the bodhisattva, abiding in great wisdom, great love, and great compassion, struck the great earth with his golden arm, which arose from the jewel of wisdom, and by the power of love, he defeated all the hosts of demons. As soon as the hosts of demons were defeated, the gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, humans and non-humans, great belly-walkers, and eighty-four kotis of kumbhandas also saw the bodhisattva's glory, majesty, body color, form, shape, strength, and power.

并且，也见到神通和狮子的姿态嬉戏，从而发起无上正等圆满菩提心。这也是菩萨善巧方便。为什么如来证得菩提后，七天中以不动的跏趺坐姿，不眨眼地凝视菩提树呢？因为那里有居住在色界的，行为极其寂静的天子们。他们见到如来以跏趺坐姿安住，生起欢喜、信仰和极大的喜悦。生起欢喜、信仰和极大喜悦的他们心中这样想：我们应当观察善巧的乔达摩，他的心依靠什么。这样想着，他们七天中一心专注地观察，却未能领悟如来的心依靠什么。于是他们生起广大的欢喜、信仰和极大的喜悦，三万二千天子发愿说：我们将来也要像这样以极其寂静的行为，在菩提树下证悟。从而发起无上正等圆满菩提心。因此，如来证得菩提后七天中，以不动的跏趺坐姿，不眨眼地凝视菩提树的原因就是这样，缘由就是这样，这就是如来的善巧方便。为什么如来从无数劫以来，以解脱之门，使一切众生呼吸顺畅并殷勤劝请，却在梵天没有祈请之前不说法呢？种姓之子，对此，如来这样想到：天人等世间大多依赖梵天，并且认为梵天是主要的。因此他们会这样想：我们是梵天所化生的，我们是从梵天所生的，除了梵天之外，没有其他的世间造作者，也没有其他的导师。因此，如来这样想到：我让梵天前来，并且安住在梵天处，如果梵天顶礼，那么依赖梵天的天人等世间也会

Why did the Thus-Gone One, after attaining enlightenment, for seven days, in an unmoving lotus posture, gaze without blinking at the King of Trees? Because there, sons of the gods dwelling in the realm of form, who practice utmost tranquility, were also present. Seeing the Thus-Gone One seated in the lotus posture, they generated joy, faith, and great supreme joy. Having generated joy, faith, and supreme joy, they thought to themselves: We should examine what the mind of the skillful Gautama relies upon. Thinking thus, they concentrated their minds for seven days, but could not understand what the mind of the Thus-Gone One relied upon. Then they generated great joy, faith, and supreme joy, and thirty-two thousand sons of the gods vowed: May we also, in the future, through such extremely peaceful conduct, realize enlightenment under the Bodhi tree. Thus, they generated the unsurpassed, perfectly complete Bodhi mind. Therefore, the reason why the Thus-Gone One, after attaining enlightenment, for seven days, in an unmoving lotus posture, gazed without blinking at the King of Trees is this, the cause is this, and this is the skillful means of the Thus-Gone One. Therefore, they would think: We are emanated by Brahma, we are born from Brahma, and apart from Brahma, there is no other creator of the world, nor is there another teacher. Therefore, the Thus-Gone One thought thus: I will cause Brahma to come, and I will dwell with Brahma, and if Brahma prostrates, then the world, including gods and humans, who rely on Brahma will also
