Samapa does not arise. I have a word, please listen. For example, if a person is in the ocean, And takes a shell from a treasure mine. Likewise, I think that all Shravakas, Take Shravakas from the realm of wisdom. For example, if a king is the master of wealth, And pleases the landowner Chakravartin, And offers only one Karshapana, Then serving the king is meaningless. If one pleases the Chakravartin, And offers billions of kotis, Then one makes the poor rich, That is how to serve the king well. Like a person begging for a Karshapana, Having heard of the Buddha's infinite qualities, And desiring the inferior vehicle, I think all Shravakas are like that. Like a person who strives to accumulate wealth, A skilled Bodhisattva is like that, Pleasing the Dharma King, Attaining Bodhi and taming sentient beings. For example, a doctor frees patients afflicted by hundreds of diseases, Likewise, all sentient beings afflicted by afflictions, Who follow the voices of others, The Bodhisattva frees them like a doctor. Having abandoned the doctor who frees many sentient beings, Who would bow down to the healed sentient beings? Likewise, when seeking the Fully Enlightened Buddha as a doctor, Who would bow down to the healed Shravakas? Thus, for all the healed patients, The doctors cannot heal them alone. Likewise, for all the healed Shravakas, The Buddha doctors do not heal them. Here, which doctor thinks that he Can heal himself, not other sentient beings? For those arrogant and conceited doctors, Desire does not arise. Which doctor generates compassion, and like himself, Also frees others from disease, He is worthy of offering and praise, And is also the place where all beings in the world should bow down. If one realizes the essence of wisdom and awareness, And only frees oneself, not other sentient beings, That is a doctor who only frees himself.

Thus. It is not a place to be worshiped by the wise. Whoever realizes the main principle of wisdom, Liberates countless sentient beings from suffering, Those who generate desire for supreme enlightenment, That is what is praised by all the world. My Eran tree is not beautiful, Nor is its shade wide, My Eran tree, like all the Shravakas, The shade of liberation is not approached. The great sandalwood tree is for the heat, Those who are tormented are approached, Likewise, I also want to benefit the Bodhisattvas, And the world with gods. The water in the hoofprint of a cow is not wide, It cannot relieve the suffering of heat, The Ganges River makes hundreds of millions of sentient beings, Having been satisfied, it flows into the great ocean. In the hoofprint of a cow The Shravakas like water, Cannot relieve the heat of all sentient beings, The Bodhisattvas like the Ganges River, Satisfy infinite sentient beings with Dharma. Just as when the rain of jewels falls, The poor take it like welcoming guests, Whoever takes those many treasures, Make the poor sentient beings rich. Thus, the Buddha pours down the rain of precious Dharma, The Shravakas are in the precious Dharma, Take a small part, and the Bodhisattvas, Take a lot for the benefit of sentient beings. Just as sentient beings are on Mount Sumeru, It turns into the color of gold, If sentient beings are on other mountains, Then they will not all turn into the color of gold. The Bodhisattvas are like Mount Sumeru, Whoever uses power to make all beings in the world of gods, Turn into the color of liberation, become one color. The wisdom of the Shravakas is not desired. For example, the dewdrop on the tip of a blade of grass, Cannot make the crops grow, But the clouds that cover it make this land, Be satisfied and make the crops grow. All Shravakas are like dewdrops, The Bodhisattva is like a cloud covering, If you rely on those who show compassion, Then the three thousand worlds will be satisfied with the water of the wonderful Dharma. The oleander flower is not the best fragrance, It cannot

Now there will be no joy. I like the smell of Champaka flowers. Utpala (Sanskrit: উৎপল, romanization: utpala, literal meaning: lotus) and Balashika are also the same. Like the smell of Shravaka Karavira. Knowing these beings will not be happy. For the Bodhisattva who has all knowledge. The gods and humans will be very happy. What is so strange about leaving alone? It is amazing to be able to guide infinite beings. Like a Shravaka leaving alone. Bodhisattvas are like boatmen. Like a guest seeking what others give, Giving to all beings is like a master. Sound follows All Shravakas are like guests. Bodhisattvas are like giving to all beings. Relying on a boat, it is impossible to cross a large river, To save others. Steadily entering the boat, Save countless beings. Shravakas are like relying on a boat, How can you save other beings? The Bodhisattva in the boat of perfect Bodhi, Save beings from the sea of suffering. If you ride a donkey on the battlefield, You cannot defeat the enemy. If you ride an elephant, a horse, and a chariot, You can defeat the enemies gathered on the battlefield. Shravakas are like riding donkeys, Bodhisattvas are like riding elephants. For the benefit and happiness of all beings, They can also subdue the demon army under the King of Trees. Even if the sky is full of stars, They cannot make the night beautiful. When the full moon rises, The night sky is as beautiful as a spot. Reverend, these Shravakas are like stars. The king-like Bodhisattva is like the moon. For the benefit of all beings, The light of wisdom illuminates beings. Reverend, the light of a firefly, Unable to engage in various undertakings. In this world, the light of the sun, Can accomplish hundreds of various undertakings. These Shravakas are like fireflies, They cannot truly see the light of wisdom. Like the sun of the Buddha's liberation, Liberate beings with wisdom. Reverend, even if hundreds of foxes make a sound, It will not frighten the herd of beasts. The roar of a lion can frighten elephants and wild animals,
