Its shape is like a pestle for pounding medicine, short and small. Cooked in the womb, thoroughly cooked, the four great elements gradually grow. In the fourth week, when it is in the mother's womb, the karma wind manifests and is accomplished, which is called "internal decomposition." The power of that wind hardens the tough thing. Its shape is like a teardrop. After internal adjustment and thorough adjustment, the four great elements gradually grow. In the fifth week, when it is in the mother's womb, the karma wind manifests and is accomplished, which is called "complete gathering." The power of that wind transforms the hard thing, thus distinguishing the round thing, revealing the characteristics of the legs, arms, and head. For example, just as trees grow branches and shoots when rain falls in summer, the power of karma wind also reveals the characteristics of the body. In the sixth week, when it is in the mother's womb, the karma wind manifests and is accomplished, which is called "food." The power of that wind causes four characteristics to appear. What are the four? For example, the two hands and two feet, these are the four characteristics.

For example, the twenty signs of the toes appear. This is like when summer rain falls, the branches and leaves of trees gradually grow and develop, and similarly, the power of the body's wind makes the signs manifest. In the ninth week, when the wind of karma manifests and is established in the mother's womb, it is called "Distinguishing," and by the power of that wind, nine signs arise. What are the nine? For example, the two eyes, two ears, two nostrils, the mouth, the place of excretion, and the place of urination, these are called the nine signs. In the tenth week, when the wind of karma manifests and is established in the mother's womb, it is called "Solidifying," and by the power of that wind, it makes it hard and stable. Furthermore, at that time, a wind called "All Doors" arises, which blows on the body in the womb, causing the body to fully expand and fill. This is like a fully inflated balloon. In the eleventh week, when the wind of karma manifests and is established in the mother's womb, it is called "Vajra," and by the power of that wind, the fetus in the womb moves up and down, and opens the orifices of the body. Moreover, by the power of that wind, the mother sometimes feels happy and sometimes feels unhappy. When walking, standing, sitting, and lying down, her nature also changes, and her hands and feet also move, so the orifices in the womb gradually grow and develop, and black blood flows from her mouth.

It is like the root of a lotus, or like a taut thread, wrapped around eighteen times, relying on the body. At that time, another wind called "Threading Hair" also arises. The master of that wind will cause three hundred and twenty joints and one hundred and one vital points to exist in the body. When staying in the mother's womb for thirteen weeks, the karma wind manifests, which is called "Hunger and Thirst." The power of that wind makes the body in the womb weak and generates the feeling of hunger and thirst, so whatever taste the mother eats and drinks, it is completely absorbed by the vital points of the body and the navel chakra and is beneficial. Then, at that time, the Bhagavan spoke in verses: The son is in the mother's womb, benefiting the fetus in the womb, and then the body and life are established, gradually growing and developing. What the mother eats and drinks benefits the fetus in the womb, gradually growing and developing. When staying in the mother's womb for fourteen weeks, the karma wind manifests, which is called the "Thread Hole." The power of that wind generates nine veins, covering the front, back, left, and right sides of the body in a crisscross pattern. When staying in the mother's womb for fifteen weeks, the karma wind manifests, which is called "Lotus." The power of that wind generates twenty veins flowing in the channels, and whatever the taste of eating and drinking, it enters these veins and benefits the body. What are the twenty? There are five veins each on the front, back, left, and right sides of the body. Each of these veins has forty subtle branch veins. Each of these veins has one hundred branch veins.
