The mind arises from all. This is transformed from arising; how to be attached to the great arising? These dharmas are like trees; there is nothing to be attached to. This is what I have examined; it arises entirely from what is not true. Attachment arises towards what does not exist. Attachment itself does not exist. It does not exist in any direction. Attachment is not existent, because it is entirely examined as not true. The mind of attachment arises from all. If one examines separately in this way, even if the mind of attachment follows, then he understands the extensive and well-spoken words of the holy ones, and being skilled in the sutras, he should thoroughly conform to the sutras. This eye is like a bubble; it is unbearable to approach. In a bubble, there is no self, no sentient being, no life, no person, no purusha, no one born from a tree, no strong one, no doer, no feeler. Thus, who would be attached to a dharma without a doer? This eye is like a water bubble in water; it is without essence by nature. In a water bubble, there is no self, no sentient being, no life, no person, no purusha, no one born from a tree, no strong one, no doer, no feeler. Thus, who would be attached to a dharma without a doer, without movement? This eye is like a mirage; it arises from karma, afflictions, and craving. In a mirage, there is no self, no mind, no life, no person, no purusha, no one born from strength, no tree, no doer, no feeler. Thus, who would be attached to a dharma without a doer, without movement? This eye is like a water tree; it is without essence by nature. In a water tree, there is no self, no sentient being... until who would be attached? This eye is like an illusion; it arises from perversion. In an illusion, there is no self, no sentient being... until who would be attached? This eye is like a dream; seeing what is untrue and not correct. In a dream, there is no self, no sentient being... until who would be attached? Where would one be attached? This eye is like an echo in a valley; it remains in the mouth of dependent arising. In an echo in a valley, there is no self, no sentient being... who would be
