It is thinking to be incompatible with power and fearlessness. Those who think to be incompatible with the power and fearlessness of the Buddhas are thinking to be incompatible with the enlightenment of the Buddhas, the Blessed Ones, who have appeared in the past, have not come, and are present. The ripening of that is that all sentient beings in the three-thousand great thousand world realms, the feelings of suffering of hell beings that they experience, cannot bear even one hundredth of that feeling. One thousand, one hundred thousand, one hundred thousand kotis, numbers, parts, counting, metaphors, and causes cannot bear it. Wishing to completely abandon such suffering and displeasure, one should completely abandon such behavior of those monks from a distance of a thousand yojanas. Even the sound of recitation should be completely abandoned, what to say of seeing and hearing? Those should be completely abandoned. One should universally rely on one dharma. What is the one dharma? It is that all dharmas have become without essence. When I am the same as that, I will be able to possess forbearance of the non-essence of all dharmas. Do not associate with such people, do not attend to them, do not attend to and honor them. He should universally attend to two dharmas. What are the two? One is to completely seek the nature of the non-essence of all dharmas, and not to generate a mind of completely seeking. How should one seek? It is like those two seekings becoming invisible. For that invisibility, one should not generate a mind of invisibility, because that is a wrong view. Therefore, with a mind that is separated from all three realms, one should follow the conduct of the Bodhisattva. With a mind in which all signs are extinguished, one should follow the conduct of the Bodhisattva. The conduct of the Bodhisattva is this, which is taught at that time. Those who, having heard such dharmas, completely abandon them, those who completely abandon them, they please the Tathagata Maitreya and do not displease him, do not make him unhappy. Alas!

We are liberated from the nets of Mara! Alas, we are liberated from the causes of falling into evil destinies! Alas, this is it, one should say! O Protector of Light, those who, in that time, having heard such similar sutras, are not afraid, not alarmed, and do not become fearful, I will also rejoice in them, and they will also generate the wisdom of dharani. The Tathagata knows all those people, those people are all my Dharma protectors! O Protector of Light, it is like this: for example, the sons of a wealthy, rich, and prosperous householder, from that house, even if they see a small thing of their father's, even if it is just a water jar, they will immediately generate such a thought: This is mine! When at another time, the father has died and the wealth has been exhausted, where will they place that water jar? Wherever they place it. Similarly, O Protector of Light, at that time, those monks, having heard such similar sutras, will generate such a thought: These sutras are spoken by the Tathagata, spoken beautifully and pleasingly! However, some monks, having heard such similar sutras, will abandon them. Those monks who uphold the Dharma will think like this: These sutras are spoken by the Tathagata! Some despise, and are extremely contemptuous, those people are few and weak. In order to hide these sutras, they will strive day and night. O Protector of Light, just like this, the Tathagata Maitreya, and the last of those who protect my Dharma city are few, I regard them as myself. Therefore, these are their antidotes, they will completely give vast offerings. Alas, when those sons of good families hear such similar Dharma and diligently practice according to the prescribed conduct, they will obtain the most excellent essence from the Tathagata Maitreya. Those beings who practice pure conduct and have right view will also uphold this Dharma city. O Protector of Light, not even one being who has not pleased me has I...

Have never seen. Those who, in the last five hundred lives of the future, upon hearing such a sutra, will not abandon it, but will accept it, will hold it, will recite it, that is possible. Those who see me now and honor me with reverence, in the last five hundred lives of the future, will miss such a sutra, will accept it, will hold it, will recite it, that is possible. Those who see me now and honor me with reverence, in the last five hundred lives of the future, will obtain such a sutra, will accept it, will hold it, why should I give them the word "good"? Because they themselves possess the wisdom of omniscience. Remembering me, they will be delighted, saying, "Alas, alas, Shakyamuni Buddha has benefited us in such a wonderful way." Shariputra, therefore, study this Dharma. If you study this Dharma, whatever you desire will not be difficult to obtain. Having said this, the venerable Mahakashyapa said to the Blessed One, "Blessed One, what else should I seek? Blessed One, I have no expectations. Blessed One, I have completely fallen away from the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Blessed One, when I possess the wisdom of omniscience, I will be very happy. Blessed One, I am amazed by the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Blessed One, I think the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment is difficult to obtain." Having said this, the Blessed One said to the venerable Mahakashyapa, "Shariputra, I am not speaking to you, but through you I am speaking to those who will quickly realize the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. You have no doubt about this, but you doubt it. Shariputra, furthermore, any sentient beings who have faith in the Dharma and completely seek the Dharma will ultimately attain the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment.
