O Mother! The special qualities of the conduct of a Bodhisattva are such that in our place, from the string of palm trees come the sounds of musical instruments, as well as the adornments of jewels and the possessions of the house, producing sounds when moved by the wind, emitting cries, and the edge of what is heard in the ear is impossible to reach. Likewise, we too, with the sound of the river of aspirations, conduct, and merit of the Buddhas, Dharma, Sangha, and Bodhisattvas, have generated great joy and intense comfort, and are going to this noble one. Having gone there, this noble one will certainly, for us, for many beings in our retinue, teach the Dharma in such a way that they will never turn back from the unexcelled, perfectly complete enlightenment. Countless thousands of sons of gods who enjoy desire, with extremely beautiful colors, also abide in the sky, making offerings with mind-created offerings, and utter this praise: When this noble one was completely tormented by the five austerities, from these piles of fire came forth this kind of light, and that light illuminated all the hell beings from below to the Avici hell, pacified the suffering of all the hell beings, and that light showed this noble one in our sight, therefore we also developed faith in this noble one, and were born happily in the realm of gods who enjoy desire. Likewise, we too are grateful for the deeds of this noble one, and are never satisfied with seeing him, having completely abandoned all the pleasures of desire, and are going to this noble one. There, after we return, this noble one will certainly teach the Dharma in such a way that countless beings will plant aspirations for enlightenment. Then, the merchant's son Norsang, having heard this kind of Dharma, was very happy, feeling satisfied, comfortable, happy, and content, and regarded the Brahmin King's Warm Incarnation as a true spiritual friend, and touched the two feet of the Brahmin King's Warm Incarnation.

Having bowed with my head, I spoke thus: 'O noble one, thus, I confess my faults for having disobeyed the instructions of the virtuous spiritual friend.' Then, the Brahmin King's Hot-born spoke these verses to the merchant's son, Norzang: 'Whatever Bodhisattva acts in accordance with the teachings, dwells in mindfulness, and does not disobey the words of the guru, therefore, all his affairs will be completely accomplished. He will also attain complete enlightenment, the wisdom of the Buddhas, at the root of harmony.' Then, the merchant's son, Norzang, climbed the path of the mountain cliff, where the edges of knives were placed together, and jumped into that great pile of fire. At the moment of jumping in this way, he attained what is called the Bodhisattva's Samadhi of Extreme Steadfastness. Even after being touched by that fire, he attained what is called the Bodhisattva's Samadhi of Perfect Peace, the Manifestation of Bliss, and he said this: 'O noble one, it is blissful to be touched by the pile of fire in this way, and it is also blissful to be touched by this mountain path filled with knives in this way; this is truly amazing!' He said, 'Son of good family, I have attained the inexhaustible mandala of the Bodhisattva's liberation. Son of good family, if I only know this inexhaustible mandala of the Bodhisattva's liberation, I, as a Bodhisattva like a pile of fire, have the aspiration to completely exhaust all the afflictions and views of all beings. Therefore, I am endowed with irreversibility, without being overcome in mind and without a base mind. Endowed with fearlessness, like a great power with the essence of a vajra, without laziness in accomplishing great deeds, without loosening effort, striving for the sake of all beings like a circle of wind, endowed with irreversible diligence, having donned the armor of irreversibility. Who is able to know the conduct of these beings or to speak of their qualities? Go, son of good family, in this southern region there is a city called Lion's Majesty. There, the daughter of King Lion's Glory, named Loving Mother, has five hundred daughters.'
