It is. He generates the thought thus: "By all means, sentient beings should not trust those who are immoral, because all actions arise from the cause of perversion. Thus, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, have understood this. Perverted sentient beings practice evil precepts. By all means, I shall awaken to unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment, and teach the Dharma for the sake of suchness." O sons of the Victorious Ones, this is the second treasure of the precepts of the Bodhisattvas. O sons of the Victorious Ones, what is the treasure of the Bodhisattvas' sense of shame? O sons of the Victorious Ones, here, the Bodhisattva closely observes the conduct of past extremes. In the beginningless and endless cycle of lives, even though one has been with mother, with father, with uncle, with sister, with brother, with son, and with daughter, they harm each other, joke with each other, cause harm to each other, engage in sexual activity with each other, are jealous of each other, frighten each other, call out to each other, eat each other, dominate each other, and become slaves to each other. This is also due to the power of desire, the power of hatred, the power of delusion, the power of pride, the power of arrogance, the power of concealment, the power of oppression, the power of jealousy, the power of stinginess, the power of deceit, and the power of trickery. Because of taking these impure actions to the extreme, sentient beings experience such evil conditions with each other. All of them arise from the power of ignorance, and from the power of deceit and trickery. They are not cautious with each other, do not revere each other, do not respect each other, do not draw close to each other, are without ability towards each other, are not clever, harm each other, kill each other, and become enemies to each other. Thus, shame arises.

Just as in the past, such bad behaviors of myself and sentient beings occurred. Similarly, in the present time, myself and all sentient beings also have such bad behaviors. Just as in the present time, myself and sentient beings have such bad behaviors, similarly, in the future time, myself and all sentient beings will also have such bad behaviors. That is also known by the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, of the past, future, and present. Thus, I am both shameless and unbearable, and the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, of the past, future, and present have known it, it is inappropriate to remain in such bad behaviors. Now, by all means, we must manifest enlightenment into the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment, and for the sake of suchness, we must teach the Dharma to sentient beings. O sons of the conquerors, this is the third treasure of the Bodhisattvas' knowing shame. O sons of the conquerors, what is the treasure of the Bodhisattvas' having embarrassment? O sons of the conquerors, here, the Bodhisattva holds embarrassment in endlessly seeking. For the sake of seeking form, sound, smell, taste, touch, for the sake of sons and daughters, for the sake of wealth, male servants, female servants, and pleasing servants, I will also become a shameless person who does not fit the role. Therefore, one should not accept being attached to the power of seeking, one should not accept hatred, one should not accept ignorance. Similarly, one should not accept arrogance, concealment, jealousy, stinginess, deceit, hypocrisy, and harmful actions. Therefore, one should remember in this way: whatever it may be, all sentient beings who hold onto such bad behaviors arise from the power of ignorance, to the power of deceit, hypocrisy, and harmful actions. They do not respect each other, do not revere, do not get close, do not flatter, have no trust, do not recognize each other as friends, and are mutually

They take to such evil deeds as killing one and harboring enmity towards another. They are exceedingly delighted. They are exceedingly attached. They seek. They seek everywhere. Having sought everywhere, they exceedingly desire. They unite. They unite everywhere. Even so, from what path do those with impaired vision arise, stained by the impurity of the womb? Right there, relying on the dharma of intercourse, impurity arises, as everyone knows. Therefore, in this way, I aspire to the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment, but having become subject to shamelessness, deceiving the bodies of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who have appeared in the past, have not yet come, and are present now, this is not appropriate. Now, by all means, having manifestly awakened to the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment, I shall teach the Dharma for the sake of suchness, so I think. O sons of the Victorious Ones, this is the fourth treasure of conscientiousness of the Bodhisattvas. O sons of the Victorious Ones, what is the treasure of learning of the Bodhisattvas? O sons of the Victorious Ones, here the Bodhisattva is endowed with learning, for if this exists, this arises. If this does not exist, this does not arise. This having arisen, this is born. This having ceased, this ceases. These are worldly dharmas. These are supramundane dharmas. These are conditioned dharmas. These are unconditioned dharmas. These are prophesied dharmas. These are unprophesied dharmas. So, what exists, by what will what arise? Because ignorance exists, formations will arise. What does not exist, by what will what not exist? Because consciousness does not exist, name and form will not exist. What having arisen, by what will what be born? Because craving arises, suffering will be born. What having ceased, by what will what cease? Because existence ceases, birth will cease. So, what are the worldly dharmas? They are form, feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness. So, what are the supramundane dharmas? Like this: the aggregate of discipline, the aggregate of concentration, the aggregate of wisdom, the aggregate of liberation, and the
