于天之座而安住，有楼阁与车乘，具大名声之国王，其所成就之城市，无垢安住于虚空，有柳林城与吉祥草城，以及彼岸吉祥草城，那吒之城与彼岸之，拘尸多之城是也。北方一切皆兴盛，众多生灵所居处，九十九城在空中，国王之宫殿柳林城。复有大仙人，及大国王身丑者，名为毗娑拏，乃国王之宫殿。因此大国王名曰多闻子，亦称身丑者。各自极明了且寂静，于彼彼处，彼彼光明，及其光辉，勇猛且具力之国王，乃具力之名。土地亦富饶，于彼处云降雨，彼处有名为婆伽拉婆谛之池塘，于其中与药叉众一同安住。彼处常有树之果实，各种鸟类一同安住，孔雀、鹤鸣叫，杜鹃鸟成群而居，山喜鹊鸣叫，其后又有天鹅，鹧鸪、森林鸦，安住于森林之池塘。鹦鹉、山鹧鸪发出声音，达那吒、玛吒白鸟，时时皆令其美丽，身丑国王之池塘恒常美丽。此乃北方之境，众人如是说。彼方乃是全守护，具大名声之国王。乃药叉众之主，此之名为身丑者。药叉眷属相伴随，以歌舞令其欢喜。彼之子众多，名字听闻唯一，名为自在，具大力，其数为九十一。彼亦见佛，以及日亲之佛，于无畏大怖畏者，从远处顶礼。智者您顶礼，殊胜者您顶礼，恒常宣说善法者，非人众您顶礼。恒常听闻此，因此如是说，胜者乔达摩请顶礼。

Abiding in the seat of the gods, with pavilions and chariots, a great king endowed with fame, the city accomplished by him, immaculate, abides in the sky, with Willow Grove City and Kusha City, and the further Kusha City, Nata City and the further, Kushi City it is. In the northern direction, all prospers, many beings reside, ninety-nine cities in the sky, the king's palace, Willow Grove City. Again, there is a great sage, and a great king, the ugly-bodied one, named Visana, which is the king's palace. Therefore, the great king is called Son of Vaishravana, and also called the ugly-bodied one. Each is extremely clear and peaceful, in each place, each with light, and its splendor, a brave and powerful king, is a name of power. The land is also fertile, in that place the clouds cause rain to fall, there is a pond called Bhagalavati, in which they dwell together with the yaksha assembly. There are always tree fruits, various birds dwell together, peacocks and cranes call out, cuckoos dwell in groups, magpies call out, and then there are swans, partridges, forest crows, dwelling in the forest pond. Parrots and mountain partridges make sounds, Danata, Mata white birds, at all times make it beautiful, the ugly-bodied king's pond is always beautiful. This is the land of the northern direction, people say it like this. That direction is fully protected, a great king endowed with fame. He is the lord of the yaksha assembly, his name is the ugly-bodied one. Accompanied by the yaksha retinue, he makes them happy with song and dance. His sons are many, their name is heard as one, named Powerful, endowed with great strength, their number is ninety-one. He also saw the Buddha, and the Buddha, kinsman of the sun, to the great fearless one, I prostrate from afar. Wise one, I prostrate to you, supreme one, I prostrate to you, to the one who always speaks of virtue, non-human beings, I prostrate to you. Always listening to this, therefore it is said thus, Victorious Gautama, please prostrate.

Homage! I pay homage to the Buddha Gautama! Endowed with knowledge and virtue, I prostrate to the Buddha Gautama! Here, may the great sage protect with the palace of willow branches! May monks, nuns, laymen, and laywomen be protected, concealed, unharmed, happy, and well-settled. Whichever great sage is with the monks, nuns, laymen, or laywomen, here, may the palace of willow branches protect them and completely remember everything. Moreover, there are non-human beings: Yaksha or Yakshini, Yaksha boy or Yaksha girl, Yaksha minister or Yaksha retinue, Yaksha servant; Gandharva male or Gandharva female, Gandharva boy or Gandharva girl, Gandharva minister or Gandharva retinue, Gandharva servant; Kumbhanda male or Kumbhanda female, Kumbhanda boy or Kumbhanda girl, Kumbhanda minister or Kumbhanda retinue, Kumbhanda servant; Naga male or Naga female, Naga boy or Naga girl, Naga minister or Naga retinue, Naga servant. Walking with extreme hatred, or following, or following and dwelling, or dwelling together, or staying, or staying together, or sleeping, or sleeping together, these great sages are called non-human beings. Whether in a village or town, or being respected or regarded as important, the great sage non-humans cannot obtain these.
