ནི་ངའི་རྗེས་སུ་བསྟན་པའོ། །ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་གང་ལ་ལ་ཞིག་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་འདི་འཛིན་པ་དང་འཆང་བ་དང་ཀློག་པ་དང་ཀུན་ཆུབ་པར་བྱེད་པ་དང་རབ་ཏུ་འདན་པ་དང་སྟོན་པ་དང་ཉེ་བར་སྟོན་པ་དང་ལུང་འབོགས་པ་དང་ཁ་ཏོན་དུ་བྱེད་པ་དང་འདྲི་བ་དང་། སྒོམ་པར་བྱེད་པ་དེས་འདས་པ་དང་མ་འོངས་པ་དང་ད་ལྟར་བྱུང་བའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བྱང་ཆུབ་རྗེས་སུ་ཡོངས་སུ་གཟུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་གང་ལ་ལ་ཞིག་གིས་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་འདི་རབ་ཏུ་འཇིག་པའི་ཚེ་རྗེས་སུ་གཟུང་ན་དེས་འདས་པ་དང་མ་འོངས་ པ་དང་ད་ལྟར་བྱུང་བའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བྱང་ཆུབ་རྗེས་སུ་ཡོངས་སུ་གཟུང་ བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན། ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ནི་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ལས་སྐྱེས་སོ། །ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་གང་དག་འདས་པའི་དུས་སུ་བྱུང་པར་གྱུར་པའི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་དག་གི་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱང་ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ལས་སྐྱེས་སོ། །ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་གང་དག་མ་འོངས་པའི་དུས་ན་འབྱུང་བའི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་དག་གི་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱང་ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ལས་སྐྱེས་སོ། །ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་གང་དག་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་གཞལ་དུ་མེད་གྲངས་མེད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ན་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་པ་ད་ལྟར་བཞུགས་ཏེ་འཚོ་ཞིང་གཞེས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་དག་གི་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱང་ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་འདི་ལས་སྐྱེས་སོ། །ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ངའི་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱང་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་འདི་ལས་སྐྱེས་སོ། །ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་དེ་ལྟ་བས་ན་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་པར་འདོད་པ་དང་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་དྲུག་ལ་སློབ་པར་འདོད་པས་ཀྱང་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་འདི་ཉིད་མཉན་པར་བྱ་གཟུང་བར་བྱ་བཅང་བར་བྱ་གླག་པར་བྱ་ཀུན་ཆུབ་པར་བྱ་རབ་ཏུ་གདོན་པར་བྱ་བསྟན་པར་བྱ

是我的教導。 根嘎沃，無論是誰，受持、讀誦、通曉、精進、宣說、詳細宣說、傳授、背誦、提問和禪修這部般若波羅蜜多，他將完全掌握過去、未來和現在諸佛世尊的菩提。 根嘎沃，無論是誰，在徹底毀滅之時受持這部般若波羅蜜多，他將完全掌握過去、未來和現在諸佛世尊的菩提。 為什麼呢？ 根嘎沃，諸佛世尊的菩提是從般若波羅蜜多中產生的。 根嘎沃，那些過去出現的如來、阿羅漢、正等覺的佛世尊，他們的無上正等菩提也是從般若波羅蜜多中產生的。 根嘎沃，那些未來將出現的如來、阿羅漢、正等覺的佛世尊，他們的無上正等菩提也是從般若波羅蜜多中產生的。 根嘎沃，那些在所有無量無數的世間界中，現在安住、生存的如來、阿羅漢、正等覺的佛世尊，他們的無上正等菩提也是從這部般若波羅蜜多中產生的。 根嘎沃，我的無上正等菩提也是從這部般若波羅蜜多中產生的。 根嘎沃，因此，想要證得無上正等菩提，想要學習六度波羅蜜多的菩薩摩訶薩，也應當聽聞、受持、讀誦、通曉、精進、宣說這部般若波羅蜜多。

This is my teaching. Ananda, whoever upholds, holds, reads, comprehends, diligently studies, teaches, closely teaches, transmits, recites, questions, and meditates on this Perfection of Wisdom, will completely grasp the enlightenment of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, of the past, future, and present. Ananda, whoever upholds this Perfection of Wisdom at the time of utter destruction, will completely grasp the enlightenment of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, of the past, future, and present. Why is that? Ananda, the enlightenment of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, is born from the Perfection of Wisdom. Ananda, the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment of those Tathagatas, Arhats, perfectly and completely enlightened Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who appeared in the past, was also born from the Perfection of Wisdom. Ananda, the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment of those Tathagatas, Arhats, perfectly and completely enlightened Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who will appear in the future, will also be born from the Perfection of Wisdom. Ananda, the unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment of those Tathagatas, Arhats, perfectly and completely enlightened Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who now reside, live, and exist in all immeasurable and countless world realms, was also born from this Perfection of Wisdom. Ananda, my unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment was also born from this Perfection of Wisdom. Ananda, therefore, Bodhisattvas, great beings, who desire to attain unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, and who desire to study the six perfections, should also listen to, uphold, hold, read, comprehend, diligently study, and teach this Perfection of Wisdom.

་ཉེ་བར་བསྟན་པར་བྱ་ལུང་དབོག་པར་བྱ་ཁ་ཏོན་དུ་བྱ་བྲི་བར་བྱ་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་འདི་ཉིད་ལ་བསླབ་པར་བྱ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་དུ་བྱའོ། །དེ་ཅིའི་ཞེ་ན། ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་འདི་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཡུམ་སྟེ་སྐྱེད་བ་འབྱིན་པའོ། ། ཀུན་ དགའ་བོ་བྱང་ ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་གང་དག་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་དྲུག་པོ་རྣམས་ལ་བསླབས་པས་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་ངེས་པར་བྱུང་བར་གྱུར་བ་དང་ངེས་པར་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར་པ་དང་ངེས་པར་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར་བ་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་བ་དྲུག་ལས་བསླབས་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་འདི་ཉིད་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་དྲུག་ལས་སྐྱེས་སོ། །དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན། ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ནི་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ལས་སྐྱེས་ཏེ་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཐོབ་པར་བྱེད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་དེ་ལྟབས་ན་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་འདི་ཅི་ནས་ཀྱང་ནུབ་པར་མི་འགྱུར་པར་ལན་གཉིས་སུ་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཡོངས་སུ་གཏད་དོ་རྗེས་སུ་གཏད་དོ། །ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་འདི་ནི་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་མཛོད་མི་ཟད་པའོ། །དེ་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་ཞེ་ན། ཀུན་དགའ་པོ་འདས་པའི་དུས་ཀྱི་ཐོག་མ་མེད་པའི་འཁོར་བར་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཆོས་བཤར་པ་གང་ཡིན་པ་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ནི་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་མཛོད་འདི་ཉིད་ལས་བཤད་དོ། །ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གང་དག་མ་འོངས་པའི་དུས་ཀྱི་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པའི་འཁོར་བར་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་སངས་རྒྱས་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་ཆོས་སྟོན་བར་འགྱུར་བའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་དག་ཀྱང་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་མཛོད་འདི་ཉིད་ལས་འཆད་དོ། །ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་གང་ད་ལྟར་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་གཞལ་དུ་མེད་གྲངས་མེད་པ་དག་ན་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གང་དག་བཞུགས་ཏེ་འཚོ་ཞིང་གཞེས་ལ་ཆོས་སྟོན་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་དག་ཀྱང་ཀུན་དགའ་བོ་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ

应当宣讲，应当传授，应当讽诵，应当书写，应当修学这般若波罗蜜多，应当瑜伽。这是为什么呢？ 具寿阿难陀，这般若波罗蜜多是菩萨摩诃萨们的母亲，是生育者。 具寿阿难陀，凡是菩萨摩诃萨修学六波罗蜜多而必定现证无上正等菩提，将要现证，以及正在现证的那些菩萨摩诃萨，所有那些也都是具寿阿难陀，依靠般若波罗蜜多，从六波罗蜜多中修学而来的。所有那些也都是依靠这般若波罗蜜多，从六波罗蜜多中出生的。为什么呢？ 具寿阿难陀，所有波罗蜜多都是从般若波罗蜜多中出生，从而证得无上正等菩提的。 具寿阿难陀，既然如此，无论如何也不能让这般若波罗蜜多隐没，我两次都完全交付于你，嘱托于你。 具寿阿难陀，譬如，这般若波罗蜜多是如来应供正等觉诸佛的取之不尽的法藏。为什么呢？ 具寿阿难陀，过去时无始轮回中，诸佛薄伽梵为有情宣说的法，所有那些都是像这样，从般若波罗蜜多的法藏中宣说的。 具寿阿难陀，未来时无数轮回中，将要现证无上正等菩提，并为有情宣说佛法的诸佛薄伽梵，那些也都是像这样，从般若波罗蜜多的法藏中阐述的。 具寿阿难陀，现在于不可衡量无数世界中，安住、生存、存在并宣说佛法的诸佛薄伽梵，那些也都是具寿阿难陀，像这样
English
It should be taught, it should be transmitted, it should be recited, it should be written, one should train in this Perfection of Wisdom, one should practice yoga. Why is that? Venerable Ananda, this Perfection of Wisdom is the mother of the Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas, the one who gives birth. Venerable Ananda, all those Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who, having trained in the six perfections, have definitely attained unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment, will definitely attain it, and are definitely attaining it, all of those, Venerable Ananda, have trained in the six perfections relying on the Perfection of Wisdom. All of those have arisen from the six perfections relying on this very Perfection of Wisdom. Why is that? Venerable Ananda, all the perfections arise from the Perfection of Wisdom and cause the attainment of unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment. Venerable Ananda, since that is the case, by all means, this Perfection of Wisdom should not disappear; I entrust it to you completely twice, I entrust it to you. Venerable Ananda, it is like this: this Perfection of Wisdom is the inexhaustible treasury of the Dharma of the Tathagatas, the Arhats, the perfectly and completely enlightened Buddhas. Why is that? Venerable Ananda, whatever Dharma the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, have taught to sentient beings in the beginningless cycle of past time, all of that is like this: it is taught from this very treasury of the Dharma of the Perfection of Wisdom. Venerable Ananda, those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who in the immeasurable cycle of future time will manifest perfect and complete enlightenment and will teach the Dharma to sentient beings, those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, will also explain it like this: from this very treasury of the Dharma of the Perfection of Wisdom. Venerable Ananda, those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who now reside, live, exist, and teach the Dharma in immeasurable and countless world realms, those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, Venerable Ananda, are like this
