That does not even come close to a hundredth part, a thousandth part, a hundred thousandth part, a millionth part, a hundred millionth part, a billionth part, a hundred billionth part, a trillionth part. It is not possible to count in number, nor to compare, nor to indicate, nor to use as a basis, nor to use as a cause. Furthermore, Subhuti, a person with the Bodhisattva vehicle, who desires to rejoice in the giving of all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who have passed away, have not yet come, and are present now, and who desires to rejoice in the discipline, and who desires to rejoice in the patience, and who desires to rejoice in the diligence, and who desires to rejoice in the meditation, and who desires to rejoice in the wisdom, should rejoice in this way: Just as liberation is, so is giving; just as liberation is, so is discipline; just as liberation is, so is patience; just as liberation is, so is diligence; just as liberation is, so is meditation; just as liberation is, so is wisdom; just as liberation is, so is liberation. Just as liberation is, so is the aggregate of the wisdom of liberation. Just as liberation is, so is rejoicing. Just as liberation is, so is the object of merit that possesses rejoicing. Just as liberation is, so is dedication. Just as liberation is, so are the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and the solitary Buddhas. Just as liberation is, so are those Shravakas who have completely passed into Nirvana. Just as liberation is, so are those Dharmas that have passed away and ceased. Just as liberation is, so are those Dharmas that have not yet come in the future. Just as liberation is, so are those Dharmas that are present and abiding now. Just as liberation is, so are those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who have passed away, and their Shravakas. Just as liberation is, so are those Buddhas who have not yet come in the future.

Those Blessed Buddhas and their Shravakas. Just as they are liberated, so too are those Blessed Buddhas who now dwell, live, and exist in immeasurable and countless world realms, and their Shravakas. Just as they are liberated, so too are the past, future, and present Blessed Buddhas. Thus, whatever the Dharma-nature of these Dharmas that are unbound, unliberated, and unattached, I rejoice in it with unsurpassed rejoicing. Having rejoiced, I dedicate it without dedicating the object of merit, which is endowed with rejoicing, to unsurpassed and perfectly complete enlightenment, in such a way that it does not change or perish, just as the Dharma-nature of those Dharmas is. This much, Subhuti, is the supreme rejoicing of a Bodhisattva Mahasattva. Furthermore, Subhuti, if all those sentient beings who exist in other three-thousand great-thousand world realms as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River have entered into unsurpassed and perfectly complete enlightenment, and having entered into unsurpassed and perfectly complete enlightenment, all the sentient beings who exist in other three-thousand great-thousand world realms as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River have generated the mind of enlightenment, and each of those Bodhisattvas, even one by one, dwells for as many eons as the sands of the Ganges River and gives alms, with the thought of signs, making offerings with Dharma robes, alms bowls, bedding, medicine for the sick, possessions, and all things that are comfortable and pleasant to the touch, and in all these ways, all of them also make offerings to all, let alone giving alms with the thought of signs. Furthermore, Subhuti, if all those sentient beings who exist in as many three-thousand great-thousand world realms as there are sands in the Ganges River have entered into unsurpassed and perfectly complete enlightenment,

Having truly entered into enlightenment, for as many eons as there are grains of sand in the Ganges River, those with mindfulness focused on discipline, who practice well with their bodies, practice well with their speech, and practice well with their minds, abide having taken it up correctly. In this way, from all those bodhisattvas, each bodhisattva also abides for as many eons as there are grains of sand in the Ganges River, and for as many eons as there are grains of sand in the Ganges River, those with mindfulness focused on discipline, who practice well with their bodies, practice well with their speech, and practice well with their minds, abide having taken it up correctly. In this way, all those bodhisattvas also abide having taken it up correctly, with mindfulness focused on discipline. A bodhisattva mahasattva who is completely possessed by the perfection of wisdom and skillful means gathers together, sums up, measures, and makes without remainder all the roots of virtue of all the buddhas, bhagavats of the past, future, and present, their aggregates of discipline, samadhi, wisdom, liberation, and the vision of the wisdom of liberation, and the aggregates seen by those pratyekabuddhas of discipline, samadhi, wisdom, liberation, and the vision of liberation, and the aggregates seen by those shravakas of discipline, samadhi, wisdom, liberation, and the vision of the wisdom of liberation, and all the roots of virtue of all sentient beings of the past, future, and present.
