Moreover, because of the emptiness between form and consciousness, because of the non-arising between form and consciousness, because of the non-cessation between form and consciousness, because of the non-binding and non-liberation between form and consciousness, and similarly, between form and consciousness, there is non-binding and non-liberation. Venerable Shariputra, all dharmas are also non-binding and non-liberating. Why is that? Because all dharmas are without existence, all dharmas are non-binding and non-liberating. Likewise, because all dharmas are empty, because they are unborn, because they are unceasing, because they are unbound, and because they are unliberated, all dharmas are non-binding and non-liberating. Venerable Shariputra, the perfection of generosity is also non-binding and non-liberating. Venerable Shariputra, similarly, the perfection of ethics, the perfection of patience, the perfection of diligence, the perfection of meditation, and the perfection of wisdom are also non-binding and non-liberating. Why is that? Because the perfection of generosity is without existence, it is non-binding and non-liberating. Similarly, up to the perfection of wisdom, because of the nature of non-existence, it is non-binding and non-liberating. Venerable Shariputra, inner emptiness is also non-binding and non-liberating. Similarly, up to the emptiness of the nature of non-things, it is also non-binding and non-liberating. Similarly, the mindfulnesses, the perfect abandonments, the legs of magical power, the five faculties, the five powers, the seven branches of enlightenment, the eightfold noble path, the three doors of liberation, the ten powers of the Tathagata, and similarly, combining them, even up to the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha, are non-binding and non-liberating. Why is that? Because of the nature of non-existence, because of the nature of emptiness, because of the nature of non-binding, and because of the nature of non-liberation, up to the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha, they are non-binding and non-liberating. Venerable Shariputra, enlightenment is also non-binding and non-liberating. Venerable Shariputra, similarly, omniscience, and the path

namely, the wisdom of knowing all aspects, and the all-knowing wisdom, and the bodhisattva is also neither bound nor liberated. Why is that? Because of the absence, because of the emptiness, because of the absence of birth, and because of the absence of cessation. Similarly, apply this, even up to the Buddha, who is also neither bound nor liberated. Venerable Gangpo, suchness is also neither bound nor liberated. Venerable Gangpo, suchness that is not mistaken, suchness that is not different, the nature of dharma, the realm of dharma, the abiding nature of dharma, the faultless nature of dharma, the ultimate reality, and the unconditioned are also neither bound nor liberated. Why is that? Even up to the unconditioned, because of the absence, because of the emptiness, because of the absence of birth, and because of the absence of cessation, because of the non-binding, and because of the non-liberation, even up to the unconditioned, which is neither bound nor liberated. Venerable Gangpo, the perfection of generosity of that bodhisattva mahasattva is neither bound nor liberated, and up to the perfection of wisdom, and up to the all-knowing wisdom, which is neither bound nor liberated. As stated in the previous chapter, apply it in the same way. He abides in the perfection of generosity that is neither bound nor liberated, and abides in the perfection of wisdom that is neither bound nor liberated. Similarly, apply this, even up to abiding in the all-knowing wisdom that is neither bound nor liberated, causing all sentient beings who are neither bound nor liberated to mature. He purifies the Buddha-field only with that which is neither bound nor liberated. He serves those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, only with that which is neither bound nor liberated. He also hears the dharma only with that which is neither bound nor liberated from those Buddhas, the Bhagavat. He will never be separated from those Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who are neither bound nor liberated. He will never be separated from the superknowledges that are neither bound nor liberated. He will never be separated from the five eyes that are neither bound nor liberated. He will never be separated from the dharanis that are neither bound nor liberated. He will never be separated from the
