How does one fully understand the realm of consciousness? The realm of eye consciousness is empty of the nature of the realm of eye consciousness; thus, the realm of eye consciousness is fully understood. The realm of ear, the realm of sound, the realm of ear consciousness, the realm of nose, the realm of smell, the realm of nose consciousness, the realm of tongue, the realm of taste, the realm of tongue consciousness, the realm of body, the realm of touch, the realm of body consciousness, how does one fully understand the realm of mind? The realm of mind is empty of the nature of the realm of mind; thus, the realm of mind is fully understood. How does one fully understand the realm of phenomena? The realm of phenomena is empty of the nature of the realm of phenomena; thus, the realm of phenomena is fully understood. How does one fully understand the realm of mental consciousness? The realm of mental consciousness is empty of the nature of mental consciousness; thus, the realm of mental consciousness is fully understood. In this way, the eighteen realms are fully understood. How does one fully understand the sources? The inner sources are empty of the inner sources, and the outer sources are empty of the outer sources; thus, the sources are fully understood. How does one fully understand the noble truths? Fully understanding the noble truth of suffering, and the noble truths of origin, cessation, and path. How does one fully understand the noble truth of suffering? Fully understanding suffering as suffering, fully understanding truth as truth, fully understanding as the truth of the noble ones, being liberated from duality, and non-duality is fully understanding the noble truth. Likewise, origin is the same, cessation is the same, and the path leading to the cessation of suffering is also the same, fully understanding as the noble truth. How does one fully understand the suchness of suffering? The suchness of suffering is suchness; thus, the suchness of suffering is fully understood. Likewise, the suchness of origin, cessation, and path are also fully understood. Dependent arising

How does one fully understand arising? It is to fully understand that dependent arising is without arising. Similarly, one should fully understand that dependent arising is without cessation, without cutting off, without permanence, not of one meaning, not of different meanings, without coming, without going, without elaboration, and peaceful. Then, the venerable Subhuti said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, if a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, and thus fully understands those mutually distinct dharmas, then, Blessed One, wouldn't that disturb the Dharma-realm? The Blessed One said: Subhuti, if there were any other dharma apart from the Dharma-realm that could be an object, then it would be disturbed. Subhuti, since nothing is perceived apart from the Dharma-realm, there is no other dharma that could disturb the Dharma-realm. Why is that? Subhuti, because the Tathagatas or the Shravakas of the Tathagatas do not perceive any other dharma apart from the Dharma-realm. Because they do not perceive any other dharma, they do not assert that there is any other dharma apart from the Dharma-realm that can be an object. Subhuti, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who practices the Perfection of Wisdom should thus train in the Dharma-realm. Then, the venerable Subhuti said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva trains in the Dharma-realm, what is he training in? After he said this, the Blessed One said to the venerable Subhuti: Subhuti, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who trains in the Dharma-realm is training in all dharmas. Why is that? Subhuti, because all dharmas are the Dharma-realm. He asked: Blessed One, why are all dharmas the Dharma-realm? He replied: Subhuti, whether the Tathagatas appear or the Tathagatas
