Beyond even the nature of all-knowing, there is no conceptualization whatsoever. Subhuti, nevertheless, Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas definitely contemplate such dharmas, and they do not become timid. Thinking, 'In this way, may those dharmas be fully awakened!' Thus, having fully awakened to unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment, those dharmas are like this: peaceful! Like this: excellent! To believe in that is difficult to do. Subhuti, in that way, Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who are going to fully awaken to unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment are the protectors of the world. Subhuti, how do Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas become islands of the world after fully awakening to unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment? Subhuti, it is like this: for example, in great rivers or great oceans, whatever places are completely cut off by water, those are called islands. Subhuti, likewise, form is completely cut off from the beginning and the end. Subhuti, feelings, perceptions, formations, and consciousness are completely cut off from the beginning and the end. Even the nature of all-knowing is completely cut off from the beginning and the end. Subhuti, by those that are completely cut off from the beginning and the end, all dharmas are completely cut off. Subhuti, what is the complete cutting off of the beginning and the end of all dharmas? It is like this: emptiness, signlessness, cessation of path, exhaustion of craving, without remainder, detachment, cessation, and nirvana. That is peaceful! That is excellent! That is the nature of suchness. Subhuti, in that way, Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas, having fully awakened to unsurpassed, perfect, complete enlightenment, and teaching that all dharmas are completely cut off from the beginning and the end, are the islands of the world. Subhuti, Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas

How do Bodhisattvas attain unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment, and after perfectly awakening, how do they guide beings in the world? Subhuti, here, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who wish to awaken to unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment, generate great compassion for the classes of sentient beings, and teach and explain that form is without arising, without ceasing, without defilement, and without purification. They teach that feelings, perceptions, formations, and consciousness are without arising, without ceasing, without defilement, and without purification. Likewise, they teach and explain that all perfections, all emptinesses, the dharmas of the path to enlightenment, the ten powers, the fearlessnesses, the individual perfect knowledges, the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha, and the all-knowingness itself are without arising, without ceasing, without defilement, and without purification. They teach and explain that self-enlightenment is without arising, without ceasing, without defilement, and without purification. They teach and explain that the fruit of stream-entry is without arising, without ceasing, without defilement, and without purification. Likewise, they teach and explain that the fruit of once-returning, the fruit of non-returning, and the state of Arhatship are without arising, without ceasing, without defilement, and without purification. Subhuti, in this way, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, having awakened to unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment, will guide sentient beings. Subhuti, how do Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, having awakened to unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment, become a refuge for sentient beings? Subhuti, here, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, having awakened to unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment, in form

Is the nature of space! Thus teaching and explaining the Dharma. Feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are the nature of space! Thus teaching the Dharma to sentient beings, and up to the state of omniscience, it is the nature of space! Thus teaching the Dharma. The emptiness of form is without going and coming; therefore, there is no going and no coming in it. Thus teaching the Dharma to sentient beings. The emptiness of feeling, perception, and formations is without going and coming. The emptiness of consciousness is without going and coming; therefore, there is no going and no coming in it. Thus teaching the Dharma to sentient beings. Similarly, the emptiness up to the state of omniscience is without going and coming; therefore, there is no going and no coming in it. Thus teaching the Dharma to sentient beings. Subhuti, in this way, Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas, after fully awakening to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, will become the refuge of sentient beings. Why is that? Subhuti, all dharmas are of the nature of emptiness, because they do not go beyond that nature. Why is that? Because going and coming are not perceived in emptiness. Subhuti, all dharmas are of the nature of signlessness, and they do not go beyond that nature. Why is that? Because going and coming are not perceived in signlessness. Subhuti, all dharmas are of the nature of wishlessness, and they do not go beyond that nature. Why is that? Because going and coming are not perceived in wishlessness. Subhuti, all dharmas are unconditioned, and they do not go beyond that nature. Why is that? Because going and coming are not perceived in the unconditioned. Similarly, combine it. Subhuti, all dharmas are of the nature of no birth, no cessation, no defilement, and no purification, and they do not go beyond that nature. Why is that? Because in no birth, no cessation, no defilement, and
