Whatever one desires to be liberated from aging and death, that is merely desiring to be liberated from that which is unceasing, undefiled, unpurified, and unmanifest. Why is that? Subhuti, for example, the nature of non-manifestation does not change to be liberated from the three realms, nor does it abide in the all-knowingness. Why is that? Subhuti, for example, non-manifestation is empty of non-manifestation. Subhuti, thus, the Great Vehicle does not change to be liberated from the three realms, nor does it abide in the all-knowingness, because that Vehicle is immovable. The Eight Thousand Verse Prajnaparamita, Chapter Fourteen. Subhuti, you said, "Where will that Vehicle abide?" That means that the Vehicle will not abide anywhere. Why is that? Because all dharmas have no abiding place. Subhuti, however, that Vehicle will abide in a non-abiding manner. Subhuti, for example, suchness is neither abiding nor non-abiding. Subhuti, similarly, the Great Vehicle is neither abiding nor non-abiding. Subhuti, for example, the limit of reality and the inconceivable realm are neither abiding nor non-abiding. Subhuti, similarly, the Great Vehicle is neither abiding nor non-abiding. Why is that? Subhuti, the nature of suchness is neither abiding nor non-abiding, and the nature of the limit of reality and the nature of the inconceivable realm are not abiding or non-abiding. Why is that? For example, the nature of suchness is empty of the nature of suchness, similarly, the nature of the limit of reality is empty of the nature of the limit of reality, and the nature of the inconceivable realm is empty of the nature of the inconceivable realm. Subhuti, for example, the element of space.

The earth is neither abiding nor non-abiding. Subhuti, likewise, the Great Vehicle is neither abiding nor non-abiding. Subhuti, for example, the realm of abandonment, the realm of detachment from desire, and the realm of cessation are neither abiding nor non-abiding. Subhuti, likewise, the Great Vehicle is neither abiding nor non-abiding. Why is that? Subhuti, the nature of the space element is neither abiding nor non-abiding, and the nature of the realm of abandonment, the nature of the realm of detachment from desire, and the nature of the realm of cessation are not abiding or non-abiding. Why is that? Thus, the nature of the space element is empty of the nature of the space element, the nature of the realm of abandonment is empty of the nature of the realm of abandonment, the nature of the realm of detachment from desire is empty of the nature of the realm of detachment from desire, and the nature of the realm of cessation is empty of the nature of the realm of cessation. Subhuti, for example, the emptiness of form is neither abiding nor non-abiding. Subhuti, likewise, the Great Vehicle is neither abiding nor non-abiding. Subhuti, for example, the emptiness of feeling, the emptiness of perception, the emptiness of formations, and the emptiness of consciousness are neither abiding nor non-abiding. Subhuti, the nature of form is neither abiding nor non-abiding, and up to the nature of consciousness is neither abiding nor non-abiding. Why is that? Thus, form is empty of form, and up to consciousness is empty of consciousness. Subhuti, for example, the emptiness of the eye is neither abiding nor non-abiding.
