Especially attachment, as well as attachment to the three realms, as well as relying on seeing the Buddha as ultimate and manifesting attachment, as well as relying on seeing the Dharma as ultimate and manifesting attachment, as well as relying on seeing the Sangha as ultimate and manifesting attachment, as well as relying on seeing the precepts as ultimate and manifesting attachment, as well as being discouraged by saying that all dharmas are empty, these are contrary to emptiness. Subhuti, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva abiding in the seventh ground should not do these twenty dharmas. One who abides in the seventh ground should perfect these twenty dharmas. What are the twenty? They are: realizing emptiness, directly realizing the signless, knowing the wishless, the three wheels being completely pure, being loving and compassionate to all sentient beings, not despising those sentient beings, viewing all dharmas as equal and not being attached to them, truly understanding suchness, not being arrogant because of this, enduring non-arising, knowing non-arising, proclaiming one meaning, truly destroying the distinctions of all dharmas, eliminating wrong views, eliminating afflictions, focusing on calming abiding, becoming a place of expertise in higher seeing, the mind being tamed, the mind being pacified, wisdom being unobstructed, not being a place of following attachment, going to any buddhafield as desired. Subhuti, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva abiding in the seventh ground should perfect these twenty dharmas. Subhuti, furthermore, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva abiding in the eighth ground should perfect four dharmas. What are the four? They are: understanding the minds of all sentient beings, playing with supernormal powers, seeing the Buddhafields, and also truly accomplishing the Buddhafields that are seen, serving and honoring the Buddhas, and also truly examining the bodies of the Buddhas. Subhuti, these four dharmas should be perfected. Subhuti, furthermore, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva abiding in the eighth ground should perfect four dharmas. What are the four?
