In order to proclaim, one will go to immeasurable and countless Buddha-fields. One should perfectly accomplish the Buddha-fields of those Blessed Ones just as they are. One should completely ripen sentient beings in Bodhi. Having gone to immeasurable and countless world realms, one should serve the Tathāgatas, Arhats, Perfectly Awakened Buddhas with flowers, garlands, fragrances, unguents, powders, Dharma robes, umbrellas, victory banners, and many flags. One should honor them. One should respect them. One should esteem them. One should make offerings to them. One should also make offerings to those Tathāgatas with many hundreds of thousands of millions of garments. Even so, one should not abide in a way that is fixated. One should thoroughly establish immeasurable and countless sentient beings in unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Even so, one should not abide in a way that is fixated. One should accomplish the five eyes, what are the five? Namely, the eye of flesh, the divine eye, the eye of wisdom, the eye of Dharma, and the eye of the Buddha. One should perfectly accomplish all samādhis. With whichever samādhi one desires to play, one should play with that very samādhi. One should perfectly accomplish all dhāraṇī gates. One should perfectly accomplish the ten powers of the Tathāgata. The four fearlessnesses, the four analytical knowledges, great love, great compassion, and the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha, one should perfectly accomplish. Even so, one should not abide in a way that is fixated. On the body, one should perfectly accomplish the thirty-two marks of a great being. One should perfectly accomplish the eighty minor marks. Even so, one should not abide in a way that is fixated. One should not abide in a way that is fixated on "follower of faith." One should not abide in a way that is fixated on "follower of Dharma," "eighth," "stream-enterer," "once-returner," "going from family to family," "one interval," "head-level person," "one whose life is exhausted," "one whose afflictions are exhausted." One should not abide in a way that is fixated. One should not abide in a way that is fixated on "stream-enterer."

One should not abide. The once-returner, having returned to this world once, will end all suffering. One who has entered the path to realize the fruit of non-return. The non-returner, who will completely pass into nirvana in that very place. One who has entered the path to realize the fruit of an Arhat; an Arhat, who in this very life, will pass into nirvana in the realm of nirvana without remainder. One should not abide by focusing on the manner of being a Pratyekabuddha. Abandoning the level of a Hearer and the level of a Pratyekabuddha, one should abide in the level of a Bodhisattva. One should not abide by focusing on the wisdom of knowing the aspects of the path and the wisdom of knowing all aspects. Having manifestly and perfectly awakened to all dharmas in all aspects, one should exhaust all the afflictions that bind habitual tendencies. Having awakened to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, one should turn the wheel of Dharma. Having performed the deeds of a Buddha, having gone to immeasurable and countless realms of the world, one should completely liberate sentient beings from suffering; one should not abide by focusing on this manner. Abiding in the four legs of miraculous power, having entered into whatever samadhi, one will remain for as many kalpas as there are grains of sand in the Ganges River; one should not abide by focusing on establishing such a samadhi. One should not abide by focusing on my life becoming immeasurable. One should not abide by focusing on each of the thirty-two major marks of a great being being completely accomplished by a hundred merits. The world system of the eastern direction, as vast as the grains of sand in the Ganges River, and the southern, western, northern, northeastern, southeastern, southwestern, and northwestern world systems, as vast as the grains of sand in the Ganges River, to such an extent of boundaries, I shall accomplish a single Buddha-field; one should not abide by focusing on this manner. I shall cause the three-thousandfold great thousandfold world system to be made of the essence of vajra.

One should not abide in a manner that is fixated on this. May any sentient being who smells the fragrance of the Bodhi tree be free from the harm of attachment, hatred, and ignorance! One should not abide in a manner that is fixated on generating the mind of a Hearer or a Solitary Buddha. May all of them definitely attain unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment! May any sentient being who smells the fragrance of the Bodhi tree be free from any illness in body or mind! One should not abide in a manner that is fixated on hearing the sound of form in that Buddha-field of mine. One should not abide in a manner that is fixated on hearing the sound of feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness. One should not abide in a manner that is fixated on hearing the sound of realms, sources, and dependent origination. May there be no sound of the perfection of generosity! May there be no sound of the perfection of morality, the perfection of patience, the perfection of diligence, the perfection of meditation, and the perfection of wisdom! May there be no sound of inner emptiness! May there be no sound of outer emptiness! May there be no sound of inner and outer emptiness! May there be no sound between emptiness of the nature of non-things! One should not abide in a manner that is fixated on this. May there be no sound of the mindfulnesses! May there be no sound of the correct abandonments, the bases of miraculous power, the faculties and powers, the limbs of enlightenment, and the eightfold noble path! May there be no sound of the noble truths, the meditations, the immeasurables, the formless absorptions, the liberations, the gradual abidings, the door to liberation of emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, clairvoyance, and samadhi!
