Furthermore, the right abandonments, the legs of magical power, the faculties, the powers, the limbs of enlightenment, and the noble eightfold path are unborn. The noble truths, the meditations, the immeasurables, the formless absorptions, the liberations, the gradual abidings in absorption, the doors of liberation—emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness—and the direct perceptions, the samādhis, the doors of dhāraṇī, the powers of the Thus-Gone One, the fearlessnesses, the individual correct knowledges, and the unmixed qualities of the Buddhas are unborn. The venerable Śāradvatīputra said thus: speech is unborn, eloquence is also unborn, and the Dharma is also unborn; from whatever arises, the Dharma of speech and eloquence is also unborn. Having spoken, the venerable Subhūti is the most excellent among those who speak the Dharma. Why is that? Thus, the venerable Subhūti is unimpeded in whatever he is asked about. Subhūti said, "The venerable Śāradvatīputra is a disciple of the Blessed One, the Dharma-nature of those who do not abide in all dharmas; they are unimpeded in whatever they are asked about. Why is that? Thus, all dharmas do not abide." Having spoken, the venerable Subhūti, how is it that all dharmas, emptiness, do not abide? Subhūti said, "The venerable Śāradvatīputra, form is empty by its own nature; it does not abide internally, nor does it abide externally, nor is it seen as without duality. The venerable Śāradvatīputra, feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness are empty by their own nature; they do not abide internally, nor do they abide externally, nor is it seen as without duality. The venerable Śāradvatīputra, the eye is empty by its own nature; it does not abide internally, nor does it abide externally, nor is it seen as without duality. The venerable Śāradvatīputra, the ear, nose, tongue, body, and mind are by their own nature

Even both are absent and unattainable. Venerable Sharadvatiputra, the water element, the fire element, the wind element, the space element, and the consciousness element are all empty of inherent nature. They do not abide within, nor do they abide without, and both are absent and unattainable. Venerable Sharadvatiputra, ignorance is empty of inherent nature. It does not abide within, nor does it abide without, and both are absent and unattainable. Venerable Sharadvatiputra, formations, consciousness, name and form, the six sense sources, contact, feeling, craving, grasping, existence, birth, old age, and death are all empty of inherent nature. They do not abide within, nor do they abide without, and both are absent and unattainable. Venerable Sharadvatiputra, the perfection of generosity is empty of inherent nature. It does not abide within, nor does it abide without, and both are absent and unattainable. Venerable Sharadvatiputra, the perfection of ethics, the perfection of patience, the perfection of diligence, the perfection of meditation, and the perfection of wisdom are all empty of inherent nature. They do not abide within, nor do they abide without, and both are absent and unattainable. Venerable Sharadvatiputra, inner emptiness is empty of inherent nature. It does not abide within, nor does it abide without, and both are absent and unattainable. Venerable Sharadvatiputra, the emptiness of the nature of non-things is empty of inherent nature. It does not abide within, nor does it abide without, and both are absent and unattainable. Venerable Sharadvatiputra, the close placements of mindfulness are empty of inherent nature.
