Is completed. By way of the nature of non-substantiality, the eighteen unmixed dharmas of the Buddha are completed. By way of the nature of non-substantiality, all-knowingness is completed. That is, all dharmas will be manifestly, perfectly awakened in the nature of non-substantiality.
