The Blessed One said: Rabjor, here, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he truly sees that all phenomena are empty. Asked: Blessed One, how does a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, when practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, truly see that all phenomena are empty? The Blessed One said: Rabjor, here, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he does not fixate on inner emptiness (Tibetan: ན་ང་སྟོང་པ་ཉིད།) as being inner emptiness (Tibetan: ནང་སྟོང་པ་ཉིད།). He does not fixate on outer emptiness (Tibetan: ཕྱི་སྟོང་པ་ཉིད།) as being outer emptiness (Tibetan: ཕྱི་སྟོང་པ་ཉིད།).
