They will make offerings, they will serve, they will become offerings. Those roots of virtue will ensure that they never fall into evil destinies. They will experience the perfections of gods and humans, and will be significantly elevated by the six perfections. Having become significantly elevated by those six perfections, they will attend to, respect, serve, and make offerings to the Buddhas, the Bhagavad-arhats, and through the Hearer Vehicle, the Solitary Buddha Vehicle, or the Unsurpassed Perfect Enlightenment Vehicle, they will gradually enter Nirvana through these three vehicles. Sharadvatiputra, therefore, this profound Prajnaparamita will, in the later times, in the later ages, in the last five hundred years, perform the deeds of the Buddha in the southern and northern lineages. Why is that? Sharadvatiputra, it is because the intention of the Tathagata is the Prajnaparamita. Whatever is Prajnaparamita is the intention of the Tathagata. Sharadvatiputra, when the Dharma and Vinaya flourish, the sacred Dharma will not decline, and what is that Dharma? It is this Prajnaparamita. Sharadvatiputra, any son or daughter of good family who holds, bears, recites, fully understands, properly contemplates, and diligently applies themselves to this profound Prajnaparamita, I will remember them. Sharadvatiputra, any son or daughter of good family who writes this profound Prajnaparamita and also attends to, respects, serves, and makes offerings with many items such as flowers, garlands, incense, unguents, powders, clothes, umbrellas, banners, and streamers, I will also remember them. Sharadvatiputra, those sons or daughters of good family, because of that root of virtue, will never fall into evil destinies.
