When vowing, 'I have exhausted the outflows,' if those outflows are not completely exhausted, then no renunciate, Brahmin, god, demon, Brahma, or anyone else can refute me in the world with the Dharma. Because I do not truly see such a cause, and because I do not truly see such a cause, I have attained bliss, attained freedom from sorrow, and attained fearlessness, dwelling in an excellent place, and I make a vow. I roar the lion's roar in the assembly. In the world, no renunciate, Brahmin, god, demon, Brahma, or anyone else can turn the wheel of Brahma with the Dharma, but I shall skillfully turn it. If someone relies on the obstructions I have taught, but it does not become an obstruction, such a situation does not exist. Therefore, no renunciate, Brahmin, god, demon, Brahma, or anyone else can refute me in the world with the Dharma. If someone diligently practices the arising of the noble path that I have taught, which will completely end suffering, but it does not completely end suffering, such a situation does not exist. Therefore, no renunciate, Brahmin, god, demon, Brahma, or anyone else can refute me in the world with the Dharma. Because I do not truly see such a cause, and because I do not truly see such a cause, I have attained bliss, attained freedom from sorrow, and attained fearlessness, dwelling in an excellent place, and I make a vow.

Within the retinue, proclaiming the lion's roar. Saying: In this world, whether it be a renunciate, or a Brahmin, or a god, or a demon, or Brahma, or anyone else, none can turn the wheel of Dharma with righteousness, I shall turn it well. Subhuti, this too is the Great Vehicle of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, without objectification. Subhuti, another Great Vehicle of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva is, thus, four kinds of separate perfect knowledge. What are the four? Namely, separate perfect knowledge of meaning, separate perfect knowledge of Dharma, separate perfect knowledge of definitive words, and separate perfect knowledge of eloquence. Subhuti, this too is the Great Vehicle of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, without objectification. Subhuti, another Great Vehicle of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva is, thus, the eighteen unshared Dharmas of the Tathagata. What are the eighteen? Whenever the Tathagata manifestly awakens to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, and whenever, for the world including the gods, including the demons, including Brahma, and the world including renunciates and Brahmins, and including gods, humans, and asuras, he subsequently teaches the path that leads to the cessation of suffering, until the time of entering the realm of complete nirvana without remainder and becoming completely extinguished, the Tathagata has no confusion, no clamor, no forgetfulness, no various perceptions, no unequal mind, no unexamined equanimity, no cultivation completely diminished, no diligence completely diminished, no mindfulness completely diminished, no samadhi completely diminished, no wisdom completely diminished, no liberation completely diminished, no knowledge and vision of liberation completely diminished. All actions of the body are preceded by wisdom, and follow wisdom. All actions of speech are preceded by wisdom, and follow wisdom. All actions of the mind
