When he practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he should not abide in the thought, "Feeling is quiescent." Why is that? Bhagavan, because, like this, the quiescence of feeling is empty of the quiescence of feeling. And whatever is the emptiness of the quiescence of feeling is not the quiescence of feeling. And apart from the quiescence of feeling, there is no emptiness. The quiescence of feeling is emptiness, and emptiness is the quiescence of feeling. Bhagavan, in that way, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he should not abide in the thought, "Feeling is quiescent."
