If he says this, what happens? A fault. Similarly, through letters, gestures, what others say, and passing from one to another, if one speaks like that, all will commit a fault. Bhikshu, if a bhikshu says this to a mad bhikshu: Venerable, I now realize that these dharmas belong to the Sutra Pitaka and are collected in the Sutra Pitaka. If he says this, what happens? A fault. Similarly, to those who are mentally disturbed, afflicted by illness, fools, mutes, deaf people, sleeping people, drunk people, those who are unconscious, and bhikshus residing in other realms, saying this: Venerable, I now realize that these dharmas belong to the Sutra Pitaka and are collected in the Sutra Pitaka. If he says this, all will commit a fault. In short, speech, body, secluded places, and mantras, names, and the fourth person, and householders, etc., for the sake of others.
