又从今日起乃至尽寿，断除杀生，从杀生中彻底返回。我以这第一个支分，如那些圣者阿罗汉所教导的那样学习，如那样修持，如那样行持。此外，如那些圣者阿罗汉乃至尽寿，断除不与取、不行非梵行、不说妄语、谷酒和果酒，以及导致放逸的麻醉之处、歌舞、打击乐、花鬘、香、涂香、佩戴饰品，高床大床，非时食，受取金银等，从受取金银中彻底返回，同样我名某某者，也从今日起乃至尽寿，断除不与取、不行非梵行、不说妄语、谷酒和果酒，以及导致放逸的麻醉之处、歌舞、打击乐、花鬘、香、涂香、佩戴饰品，高床大床，非时食，受取金银等，从受取金银中彻底返回，我以这十支分，如那些圣者阿罗汉所教导的那样学习，如那样修持，如那样行持。阿阇梨尼应说“是方便”。沙弥尼应说“善哉”。若居家者年满十岁，或少女年满十八岁，则应给予二年六法和随学六法的学处。应如是给予，比丘尼僧团聚集安住。至少也应让十二位比丘尼聚集的僧团礼拜，让她在长老面前蹲坐，祈请尼师。应让尼师礼拜，让她蹲坐合掌，若是尼师，则应如是祈请：请垂听，尼师，我名某某者，向尼师祈请尼师，愿尼师成为我的尼师，从尼师处如法受持学处。

Also, from this day forth, until the end of life, abandoning killing, completely turning away from killing. With this first branch, I will learn as those noble Arhats have taught, I will practice as they did, I will act as they did. Furthermore, as those noble Arhats, until the end of life, abandon taking what is not given, engaging in unchaste conduct, speaking falsely, grain liquor and fruit liquor, and places of intoxication that lead to carelessness, song, dance, drumming, garlands, scents, unguents, wearing ornaments, high beds and large beds, eating at improper times, and accepting gold and silver, completely turning away from accepting gold and silver, likewise, I, named so-and-so, also from this day forth, until the end of life, abandon taking what is not given, engaging in unchaste conduct, speaking falsely, grain liquor and fruit liquor, and places of intoxication that lead to carelessness, song, dance, drumming, garlands, scents, unguents, wearing ornaments, high beds and large beds, eating at improper times, and accepting gold and silver, completely turning away from accepting gold and silver, with these ten branches, I will learn as those noble Arhats have taught, I will practice as they did, I will act as they did. It should be given in this way: the community of bhikshunis is assembled and dwells. At least the assembly of twelve bhikshunis should be made to prostrate and sit squatting before the elder, and request the preceptress. The preceptress should be made to prostrate, and made to sit squatting with palms joined, and if she is the preceptress, then she should request in this way: Listen, preceptress, I, named so-and-so, request the preceptress as my preceptress, may the preceptress become my preceptress, and may I properly receive the precepts from the preceptress.

Please accept. Even if it is not a preceptor, one should pray in this way. Preceptor, please listen, I, named so-and-so, request to be a female novice from the preceptor. Preceptor, please become my female novice. Preceptor, please grant me the precepts of the training to be received correctly from the female novice. Thus, twice, three times. The third time, call her female novice. The female novice should say, "It is a means." The student should say, "Good." Then, pray for the precepts of the training. Listen. I request from the Noble Sangha the training of the six dharmas and the six dharmas that follow for two years. Noble Sangha, I, named so-and-so, who have lived at home for ten years or a young woman who is eighteen years old, I request you to bestow the training of the six dharmas and the six dharmas that follow with compassion, for the sake of compassion. Thus, twice, three times. After that, one bhikshuni should obtain permission and perform the karma. Listen. Noble Bhikshuni Sangha, named so-and-so, who has lived at home for ten years or a young woman who is eighteen years old, requests from the Noble Bhikshuni Sangha the six dharmas and the six dharmas that follow for two years.
