Following like a field, making sound at the gate of the Jeta Grove. The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, cultivate knowingly, so the Bhagavat asked the venerable Ananda: 'Why does the tiger make a sound?' He replied: 'Venerable, that venerable one who did not hide the tiger skin, the venerable Nears Delight, came for (this reason).' The Bhagavat taught: 'Ananda, does a monk eat tiger skin?' 'Venerable, he ate.' 'Ananda, the lion, the king of beasts in the mountains, kills good good wild animals, eats good meat, drinks good blood, and then abandons and leaves. The tiger does not hide the tiger skin, therefore monks should not eat tiger skin. If they eat, they will commit a serious offense.' Monks, furthermore, I should establish a rule of conduct for the permanent residents of the Sangha to observe together. When the permanent resident monks of the Sangha distribute meat, they should ask: 'What kind of meat is this? Is it not tiger skin?' When the possessions were distributed, they came out and said: 'Venerable ones, please distribute the possessions obtained by the Sangha.' The monks said: 'Where are you coming from now? When the gains were distributed, they came again and said in that way. The monks said: The Sangha has been notified, and the ghanta has been knocked, where have you come from now? They said: You have notified, and you have knocked the ghanta, did you use a scale? If it is divided, it will not be clear, it is a wrong division. At that time, the monks reported to the Blessed One, and the Blessed One instructed: After notifying, knock the ghanta, and then use a scale to divide. The monks then collected the gains again. After collecting, they notified, knocked the ghanta, and used a scale to divide, and then began to distribute, while they were hiding in that way.
