Completed. Brahmins and householders were angry at the ascetic conduct and pure conduct of the renunciants of the Shakya clan, because they prevented daughters from getting married, so when they were being blamed, the nuns reported to the Blessed One. After that, the Blessed One, starting from "This happened," made it up to the establishment of the precepts. Also, when many nuns entered lay houses, if those Brahmins and faithful householders treated them with porridge or oil cakes, if needed, the nun should take one or three bowlfuls. If she takes more than that, she commits a downfall. After taking one or three bowlfuls, she should go to the monastery outside the house and share it with the assembled nuns, that is the ritual.
