The Blessed One instructed: Monks, to that person, and to anyone else similar to him, say that those offenses are of full measure, and grant transfer from both the former and the latter continuities. Again, a certain person committed a Sanghavasesa offense of full measure, concealed it, and was expelled from the Sangha without being seen by the Sangha, and then was reinstated. This person did not conceal the offenses and spoke to the monks. The monks reported to the Blessed One. The Blessed One instructed: Monks, to that person, and to anyone else similar to him, say that those offenses are of full measure, and grant transfer from the former continuity. Again, a certain person committed a Sanghavasesa offense of full measure, did not conceal it, and was expelled from the Sangha without being seen by the Sangha, and then was reinstated. The expulsion of eight kinds of people is also the same. Regarding the case of a person undergoing relocation (spo ba po) who has committed a sanghavasesa offense and has disrobed, and then returns to receive full ordination again, the monks asked the Blessed One, and the Blessed One taught: "Let the one who has not undergone the procedure undergo it, and the relocation will become completed." Similarly, for one who has disrobed, taken the novice vows, as well as one who is insane, one who is mentally disturbed, one who is afflicted by feelings, one who has been expelled for not seeing, and one who has been expelled for not doing again, it is the same. For another person who has already undergone relocation, has committed a sanghavasesa offense and has disrobed, and then returns to receive full ordination again, the monks asked the Blessed One, and the Blessed One taught: "Since that person has already undergone relocation, give satisfaction to that person and anyone similar to that person." Similarly, for one who has disrobed, taken the novice vows, etc., and comparing between those who are expelled for not abandoning evil views, it is the same as before. Regarding a person undergoing the practice of satisfaction (mgu bar bya ba) who has committed a sanghavasesa offense and has disrobed, and then returns to receive full ordination again, the monks asked the Blessed One, and the Blessed One taught: "Let the one who has not undergone the procedure undergo it, and the practice of satisfaction will become completed." Similarly, comparing for one who has disrobed, it is the same as before. Regarding a person who has completed the practice of satisfaction who has committed a sanghavasesa offense and has disrobed, and then returns to receive full ordination again, the monks asked the Blessed One, and the Blessed One taught: "Monks, since that person has already completed the practice of satisfaction, expel this person." Similarly, comparing for one who has disrobed, it is the same as before. A person who has been expelled for not seeing, who has committed a sanghavasesa offense without concealing it, and who has been expelled from the Sangha and then reinstated, conceals the offense and tells the monks, and the monks report to the Blessed One. The Blessed One taught: "Monks, regarding that person's offense, and others like that,
