Śakra does not blink. The great king I-win-sona, among the thirty-three gods, thirty-six hundred Śakras have died and passed away. Again, there the gods and asuras engage in battle. If the asuras are defeated, then those asuras will close the city gates and sit around the fence. However, if the gods change their minds, then those gods will also close the doors of the houses and sit around the fence. How long after the asuras divide the army into four parts, break through five layers of defense, and go to the presence of Indra (རྒྱ་བྱིན་) , the lord of the gods, to engage in battle. The yakshas said to Indra, the lord of the gods: Kauśika, please be aware! The asuras have broken through five layers of defense and are approaching. Please make your preparations and arrangements! Then, Indra, the lord of the gods, divided the army into four parts, and in order to fight the asuras, he saw the power of King Spak I-win-sona and said: Please stay, I will not leave. Indra said: So be it! Then, King I-win-sona led an army of eight hundred thousand, rose into the sky, and sounded the bowstring. The asuras heard it and said: Whose bowstring sound is this? They heard that it was the bowstring sound of King I-win-sona. Hearing this, they were surprised. How long after King I-win-sona, together with Spak and Cesnyid, the chariots of the gods and asuras fighting were lined up straight in the sky. Since there was no high or low, King I-win-sona's chariot was higher than all the asuras' chariots, rising into the sky. Those asuras said: Who is this that is rising into the sky behind us? They heard that this was a human king named I-win-sona. Hearing this, they thought: This sentient being whose chariot is traveling in the sky behind us is said to be powerful because of the ripening of merit. Thinking this, they were defeated.

Due to fear and defeat, the Asuras turned their backs and entered their abodes. King I-win said: The ministers said: Heavenly King! The king thought: The gods of the Thirty-Three Heavens think that I am superior to them. Then, King I-win thought to himself: I possess the Jambudvipa, which is prosperous, flourishing, peaceful, has good harvests, people, and is filled with many people. I have the Eastern Continent of Superior Body, the Western Continent of Cow Usage, and the Northern Continent of Unpleasant Sound. I have the seven precious things, namely the Wheel Jewel, the Elephant Jewel, the Horse Jewel, the Gem Jewel, the Woman Jewel, the Householder Jewel, and the seventh is the Minister Jewel. I have a thousand sons who are brave, steadfast, endowed with excellent limbs and appearance, and who can completely destroy the enemy forces. In my palace, there was also a rain of gold for seven days. I also went to the Thirty-Three Heavens and entered the Good Dharma Hall, the assembly place of the gods. Indra, the king of the gods, also offered me half a seat. Alas! I will drive Indra, the king of the gods, from this position, and I alone will rule the kingship and dominion of gods and humans. As soon as this thought arose, the great king, King I-win, declined from his wealth and came to Jambudvipa, where he was struck by a severe disease, experiencing unbearable suffering and nearing death. Then, the ministers, astrologers, great figures responsible for offering the kingdom's affairs, and those who lived by secret mantras of King I-win went to where King I-win was and said to King I-win: After the god has passed away, if the ignorant people and knowledgeable people of the region ask what King I-win said when he made a mistake, how should we answer these questions? After the great figure has passed away, if future people come to you and ask such questions, how should you answer these questions?

Speak! The wise King Ngalena possesses the seven precious things and wields power over the four continents with the four human riches. Even having gone among the gods of the Thirty-Three, he is not satisfied with the five objects of desire and says, "I have erred." He also spoke these verses: Even if a rain of karshapanas (藏文:ཀཱར་ཥཱ་པ་ཎ།,梵文天城体:कार्षापण,梵文罗马拟音:kārṣāpaṇa,汉语字面意思:an ancient currency) falls, there is no satisfaction for desires. The wise see desire as small and know that there is much suffering. Even in the desires of the gods, there is no joy. The hearers of the truly complete and perfect Buddha rejoice in the cessation of craving. Even if there were a mountain of gold equal to the sands of the Ganges (藏文:གང་ཀྱི་རི།), it would be enough for one to have one. The wise should know this. If one clings to suffering because of this basis, how can one enjoy desires? Recognizing worldly wealth as thorns and dust, one should train to subdue it with steadfastness. Great King, therefore, in this way, you should know that those who are satisfied with the five objects of desire and die content in the human world are few. In the human world, those who are not satisfied with the five objects of desire and die without contentment are very many. Then, King Ngalena gave uninterrupted offerings and spoke these verses: The next world is also destroyed, and one should know that life is short. Virtuous deeds should be done; not doing virtuous deeds will bring suffering. Therefore, if you desire virtuous deeds, you should give alms properly. In this life and the next, giving will bring joy. When the people of Gromino (藏文:གྲོ་མིང་།) and the local residents heard that King Ngalena was ill and near death, they also heard. Having heard, hundreds of thousands of beings came near to see King Ngalena. The king also told the people about the faults of desires and the faults of living at home, and also spoke of the disparagement of desires. Having heard this, hundreds of thousands of beings abandoned their homes and became monks among the practitioners, living in the forest, living in celibacy.
