Those who have a Dharma concept, who have a harmonious concept, having requested, perform the Uposatha and recite the Pratimoksha Sutra, then the Sangha has recited the Pratimoksha and performed the Uposatha. Before the Sangha has dispersed and the monks have not left, if very few resident monks arrive, they should also request for them, perform the Uposatha, and recite the Pratimoksha Sutra. For the previous monks, it will not constitute a serious offense. For example, on the fifteenth Uposatha, if a monk suddenly arrives, and four or more resident monks gather together and are in harmony, they will not think, "Which monks have not come?" If the Sangha has dispersed, some monks have left, and some have not left, after that, if very few resident monks arrive, if they can find a temporary assembly place, they should also request for them, perform the Uposatha, and recite the Pratimoksha Sutra. If they cannot find one, they should enter a mandala to perform the Uposatha.
