Thirdly, all dharmas are the very nature of becoming the fruit. Its actual cause is the Completion Stage, which is the very order of meditation. Here, too, it is focused on completion, in the manner of the fruit and in the manner of the object. The manner of the object is also called the Completion Stage, because it is the very actual meditation on what exists. Sixteen, eight, and four in the heart, in the center between method and wisdom, contemplate a white and round bindu. This means that in the heart, two eight-petaled lotus roots and two four-petaled lotuses are joined in the center of the moon and sun. In the center of that, contemplate a bodhicitta bindu, the size of a hair tip, white and round. The first eight letters of the four elements. This means that the four letters Ya, Ra, La, and Va adorn the inner lotus, and the eight letters A, Ka, Tsa, Dza, Ta, Da, Ba, Ya, and Sha adorn the outer lotus. Contemplate all the roots and letters as white in color. The letters also have five colors of light, with thin filaments emerging from the tips, following the center, with the waist located at the tip. When viewed with the eye of samadhi, contemplate the form of the tip arising and dissolving. From this, five or ten arise, preventing the movement of the senses. This means that five roots arise from the central knot, giving rise to the cessation of speech, and the five senses become ten, such as form. When one focuses on that root, one should train in the wind. The nature of arising, entering, and abiding in two. This means that filaments arise from the seed in the heart, and when they enter the bindu at the tip, and when they are cut off, one should train in the two that abide between the tip and the root. Then, one should train in the state of non-duality. Then, one should train in the inconceivable state of emptiness through samadhi. Other meditative practices are also taught: blood, water, and bodhicitta, with the union of spear and sword, contemplate the lotus in the throat opening. This means that the center is bodhicitta. The right and left are blood and water. The front and back are like a spear and sword. From these, blood, water, bodhicitta, breath, and the essence of warmth reside. In the center of all is the essence of
