I, offer white incense to the nose, originating from the mantra of (Tibetan: བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रपुष्पे, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrapuṣpe, Chinese literal meaning: Diamond Flower). Scatter blue flowers on the body, originating from the mantra of (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ལོ་ཀེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रालोके, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrāloke, Chinese literal meaning: Diamond Light). Illuminate the mandala with red lamps, originating from the mantra of (Tibetan: བཛྲ་གནྡྷི, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रगन्धि, Sanskrit Romanization: vajragandhi, Chinese literal meaning: Diamond Fragrance). Cool the hands and feet with green scented water. Offer all the offerings that are available. First, generate Bodhicitta and prostrate, then take refuge, pray, and take vows. Receive the mandala of the four empowerments from the deity, or receive it in the realm of space, merging oneself through hearing and thinking. Then, introduce the disciple, perform the outer bathing ritual, arrange the vase and items, and offer whatever is available. Generate Bodhicitta, vows, etc., as before. To maintain the vows well, issue commands, oaths, and pour nectar. O delightful great yogi, enter the great mandala of blue clothes, I will make you attain accomplishment, may all Buddhas bless you. This is to generate joy. This secret and supreme blue clothes mandala, do not even speak the name to beings without faith, or anyone who practices wrong Dharma, or those of the lineage of the Avici hell. This is the instruction. If you speak to them, then cut off with the punishment of oath-breakers, contract this ritual practice, and quickly cast them into Avici hell. The great blue clothes mandala contradicts the Sutra Pitaka, this shows the fault. Then, generate the hero in the heart, mix with the five nectars, or pour scented water, drink, the Vajra burning water. If you violate the oath, it will burn, if you keep the oath, you will attain accomplishment, you will accomplish it with the Vajra nectar water. Visualize the letter Raṃ (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: raṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Raṃ). After moving it, heat the water. By boiling, melt the mandala of the earth. After the body is burned by fire, sins are burned away, and the Bodhicitta of the Sugatas descends. Visualize the heart-sky filling the body. Then meditate on the great Vajradhara. Offer a flower mandala to the deities. Recite: Pra ti tstsa ho. Then tie the garland on the head. Oṃ Mahā Bala Vajra. Bhi ṣi ñtsā mi. This wonderful secret flower, the deity of the lineage descends secretly. Due to karma, compassion will arise. The chief's heart, etc., are supreme accomplishments. The center and nearby are near accomplishments. Far away will grant accomplishments. These and so on are the rituals of descent and flowers. Great glorious one, wearing blue clothes. Please strive to open your eyes. Cakṣu Pra be śa ya Phaṭ. Look with a firm gaze. If you see white, pacification will be accomplished. If you see yellow, increase will be accomplished. If you see red, the work of subjugation. If you see black, the work of destruction will be accomplished. What do your eyes see? You should ask like this. From now on, great glorious one. Starting from the universal, show the mandala. After seeing the mandala, offer gifts and make requests. Just as the Buddhas of the three times, Vajrasattva performed the empowerment. I also, in order to be completely liberated, request the Sugatas to grant the supreme vase empowerment. This is the request. Then the Vajra King, collects the water of the vase, which is the essence of Bodhicitta. Accompanied by the sound of musical instruments, empower on the crown of the head. Oṃ, from the perfect arising of the three secrets, with the pure water of the gods, with the immaculate Vajra water empowerment, may the accomplishment of Akshobhya be attained.
