It is the repulsion of spells that cannot be rebounded. The application of repulsion is self-protection and repelling the others back to oneself. The application of suppression refers to suppressing the wheel of repulsion of the others because the skull is inconsistent. These three words are not explained because they are very profound and must rely on the oral instructions of the guru. Qualities refer to the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha, the ten powers, the four fearlessnesses, the four analytical knowledges, and the qualities of love and so on. This also shows that the teacher resides in a place with special qualities and possesses qualities. The twenty-eight Yaksha chiefs, and all the Yakshas with great power, show the perfection of the retinue. One's own retinue is the Vajrapani, the bodhisattva of the ten bhumis, and gods, humans, non-humans, and so on. In addition, from among the five families of wrathful deities and goddesses, and doorkeepers, etc., the wrathful deity, the Victorious One of the Three Realms, stands up and prays like this, which is connected to the following text. In order to prevent obstacles, Yakshas are mentioned, namely Gamba Sangpo, Norbu Sangpo, Laze Ten, etc., the twenty-eight Yakshas. All the Yakshas with great power means that power refers to taming all of one's own retinue, and for all sentient beings, it is like sprinkling water on a wooden screen. All the fierce Yakshas refer to devouring raw flesh. This should also be understood as taming the Asuras, gods, and evil Yakshas. All the gods, all the nagas, all the gandharvas, all the asuras refer to, there are eight kinds of gods, namely gods, gods of power, lords of asuras, Mahadeva, the Great All-pervading One, Uma Devi, the All-pervading One, and the Immortal Lord. There are also eight kinds of nagas, namely the Joyful Naga and so on, these also include retinues. Gandharvas refer to the five-crested ones. Asuras refer to the skillful weavers, including retinues. All the garudas, all the kinnaras, all the mahoragas, and bhutas refer to, garudas refer to the golden-eyed ones, including retinues. Kinnaras refer to non-humans, such as horse-headed trees, etc., residing in the hollow of Mount Meru. Mahoragas refer to the mahoragas themselves, that is, human bodies with snake heads, etc. Bhutas refer to the eight kinds such as the Powerful One.

The so-called "residing together with the flesh-eaters and the forgetful ones, etc.," the flesh-eaters refer to those who breathe fire from their mouths, etc. The forgetful ones refer to the kings of animals residing on Mount Sumeru. "Together" means surrounding. For example, residing like a collection of the sun, moon, and stars, where those like the sun and moon are the two truths, skillful means and wisdom, and the two paths, etc. Those like stars are the collections of the branches of those paths, residing like stars together, meaning: the teacher is there teaching the Dharma together with the retinue. This also fully reveals the perfection of the Dharma. The so-called "its Dharma" refers to the actual display before disappearing. Because it is the blessing of the teacher and the Dharma, it was not spoken. Then, "the noble Vajrapani in blue robes is requested by all the retinue," the so-called "then" refers to the teacher residing in such Dharma. The noble one refers to one who has abandoned the two obscurations. The meaning different from the above is the emanation body Vajrapani in blue robes. To this, from all the retinue, the one victorious over the three realms rises, wearing a blue upper garment. The so-called "Blue-robed one, what are you?" refers to what is your work and nature like? Are you an emanation of all the Sugatas? Are you the nature of the emanation of all the Buddhas? If you are the deity who embodies body, speech, and mind, are you empowered as the master of all activities? What is the nature of the activity tantra of the teachings that I, the one victorious over the three realms, and the retinue perform, such as the generation stage, the completion stage, the companions, and the collection of activities, etc., which is the essence of all Buddhas in one? We will listen to your command, you show the fierce form of body, speech, and mind, which is the near path, that quickly liberates from samsara. This is the meaning of us and the retinue listening to what the teacher said. Whatever chapter has that name, it is called that name, because there are five perfect foundations, so the first chapter is called the Foundation Chapter. The Foundation Chapter from the Root Tantra of Vajrapani, that is, the explanation of the first chapter. Thus, the foundation has been explained, but if the meaning of the generation stage and the completion stage are not explained, it will not be accomplished.
