and so forth, which cause afflictions to arise, extinguish elaboration, bring about co-emergent bliss, and benefit sentient beings with impartial compassion. In order to perfect the wheel of the deity from the mind of enlightenment that is inseparable from the realm, wisdom, skillful means, and discriminating awareness. In "Thus," and so forth, what is pure, the aggregates and so forth are pure; what is pure in its own nature, the deity like an illusion is pure; how it is pure, it is pure in unbornness. In order to purify self-grasping. From then on, one should contemplate the vajra fence and so forth. One should contemplate that in one's own heart, the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) residing on the sun disc emits a garland of light rays. From that, various light rays emanate, and having known that all phenomena of oneself and the three realms are like illusions in unbornness, one gathers them back, contemplating oneself as victorious over the three realms. It is for the sake of being victorious over self-attachment. Thus, in order to show the action and characteristics of that wisdom of selflessness, one contemplates "supreme" and so forth. That is, one contemplates the four mantras, Oṃ Sūṃbha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སུམྦྷ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं सुम्भ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sumbha, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ Sūṃbha) and so forth, in the four directions. From that, one should contemplate the square vajra fence. The ground is contemplated as various vajras arising from Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), and with the illumination of its light, one should contemplate the canopy, the tent, the net of arrows, and the fence of fire. From then on, between the vajra fence and the fire fence, one should meditate on the four mothers with human faces in the east, owl faces in the north, dog faces in the west, and pig faces in the south. In the intermediate directions are the four intermediate mothers, above is a crow face, and below is a dog face. That is, in the seventeenth chapter it says: "Wrathful Victorious One and so forth, at the gates and boundaries of the borders, with various great methods of taming, they strive for the benefit of sentient beings." Therefore, the various methods of taming are for those who are tamed by women, manifesting as commands and so forth. One should contemplate that those hold wrathful phurbas in their hands, and again recite the four mantras, and from the gate of the light rays of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), the wrathful ones holding ropes and iron hooks, from the ten directions, hook all obstacles and stake them with the phurba, reciting Oṃ Ghagha (Tibetan: ོཾ་གྷ་གྷ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ घ घ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ gha gha, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ Ghagha) and so forth. Then one should strike with a wooden club. Thus, the action and characteristics of that wisdom itself are inseparable and separable, constant.

Isolation, non-coexistence, and for the sake of burning them, are the vajra fence, the wrathful fence, and the fire fence. Striking caused by hatred is not (the remedy). So, in conventional truth, is there no harmer and harmed? If so, that is also a slander of cause and effect. Or, is there no contradiction in averting in a different way? If so, in conventional truth, it is not that there is no cause and effect, however, it is not to be averted by actions caused by hatred, even in conventional truth, it is averted by armor such as love and by knowing unborn in ultimate truth. What is that? In conventional truth, all phenomena are only mind, therefore, the mind's perverted movement itself is Mara and obstacles. Regarding that, it is said in the 'Tantra of Purifying the Lower Realms': As long as the mind has perverted movement, that long is the realm of Mara. Thus it is said. The mind wandering from the antidote itself is Mara and so on. So, it is well known to all that there is no one more skilled than the Buddha, why does he explain it in the tantra? That is indeed true, but there is nothing that exists for one's own sake. Therefore, he said: There is no killer who kills, whoever subdues his own mind, my mind is bound, by whom and with what is one killed? Thus it is said. Again: Having put on the armor of love, compassion is the armor of Dharma, armed with the sword of wisdom, one should avert the Maras of afflictions. The wheel of the Buddha's word is the greatest protection. With the phurba (vajra dagger) one attains unobstructed accomplishment. With these rituals of protection, grant enlightenment to the practitioner. One should take the command of the chief. Wherever the yogi dwells, he should see all obstacles as non-existent. Thus it is said. If it is not like that, but misunderstanding the Buddha's words, being associated with evil deeds, essentially inclined to fall downwards, bound by the ropes of afflictions and so on, there is no difference from sentient beings who revolve like water buckets, and one is not a yogi who abides on the path. Thus, for a yogi who possesses the wisdom of selflessness, a special accumulation of merit arises, from then on and so on. What is that? The place where the basis is perfected is based on the deity and the guru, from then on refers to translating into the Three Realms Victor Heruka, and
