With the earth, ocean, and clouds, may we make offerings to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and to all the vast ocean of clouds, as a dwelling place, as a guru, as an image, as an offering. After making such prayers, those dragon kings circumambulated the Blessed One three times, prostrated at his feet, and after the Blessed One granted permission, they sat on their respective seats. 赡部洲的人们变得安乐。如是祈请后，世尊对龙王及其无量眷属，如海面云彩般庄严的荣耀轮伞般的国王说道：龙王，你为了利益和安乐一切众生而前来，心中想着向如来完全请问此事，太好了！太好了！龙王，因此好好地听，好好地记在心里，我将为你讲述。龙王，如果具备一种法，那么所有龙的龙之痛苦都将断绝，变得安乐。这唯一之法是什么呢？即是慈爱。龙王，安住于慈爱之中的天人和人们，不会被火烧，不会被武器所伤，不会被水冲走，不会被毒所害，不会被敌方的军队所压制，能够安乐地入睡，安乐地醒来，会被自己的福德所守护，会因大福德的荣耀而变得光彩照人，不会被包括天在内的世间所轻视，会变得美丽且令人喜悦，在一切行进中都不会有阻碍，一切痛苦都会断绝，会变得非常喜悦，具备一切安乐，证悟人中之上的法后，身体坏灭后会转生到梵天世界。龙王，天人和安住于慈爱的人们的利益就是这些。龙王，因此要以慈爱的身体之业，慈爱的语言之业，慈爱的意之业而安住。龙王，还有名为施予一切安乐的陀罗尼要念诵，念诵它能断绝所有龙的龙之痛苦，施予一切安乐，能使赡部洲时时降下雨水，使树根、树木、藤蔓、药物、森林和一切庄稼生长。龙王，这名为施予一切安乐的陀罗尼是什么呢？达地亚他。达拉尼 达拉尼。 乌达拉尼。 桑札底提。 维加亚瓦尔那。 萨迪亚札底嘉萨拉哈。 嘉那巴地。 乌德巴达

The people of Jambudvipa will become happy and prosperous. After this request, the Blessed One spoke to the king of the nagas, who was like an umbrella in the center of the glorious array of clouds, with his immeasurable retinue: "King of nagas, you have come for the benefit and happiness of all sentient beings, thinking to ask the Tathagata about this matter completely. Excellent! Excellent! King of nagas, therefore listen well and keep it in mind, and I will tell you. King of nagas, if one possesses one dharma, then all the suffering of all nagas will be cut off, and they will become happy and prosperous. What is this one dharma? It is loving-kindness. King of nagas, the gods and humans who abide in loving-kindness will not be burned by fire, will not be harmed by weapons, will not be carried away by water, will not be harmed by poison, will not be overwhelmed by enemy armies, will fall asleep in peace, will wake up in peace, will be fully protected by their own merit, will become radiant with the glory of great merit, will not be despised by the world including the gods, will become beautiful and pleasing to see, will have unobstructed progress in all their travels, all suffering will be cut off, they will become very joyful, possess all happiness, and after realizing the supreme dharma of humans, they will be reborn in the world of Brahma after the destruction of their bodies. King of nagas, these are the benefits of the gods and humans who abide in loving-kindness. King of nagas, therefore, one should abide in the karma of loving-kindness of body, the karma of loving-kindness of speech, and the karma of loving-kindness of mind. King of nagas, furthermore, the dharani called 'Giving All Happiness' should be recited, and by reciting it, all the suffering of all nagas will be cut off, all happiness will be given, and a stream of rain will fall on Jambudvipa from time to time, causing the roots, trees, vines, medicines, forests, and all crops to grow.
