祈请一切（佛、菩萨、护法）后，应昼夜不断地诵读这大云轮品。放置四个装满蓝水的瓶子。尽力供奉朵玛、熏香和鲜花。然后，说法者应在四个方向用牛黄汁书写：在东方，用牛黄汁画一条三肘长的三头龙王，及其各种龙眷属。在南方，画一条五肘长的五头龙王，及其各种龙眷属。在西方，画一条七肘长的七头龙王，及其各种龙眷属。在北方，画一条九肘长的九头龙王，及其各种龙眷属。说法者应守护自身，安住于慈爱，对一切众生怀有慈悲之心，祈请诸佛和菩萨，并将善根回向给龙族。这就是仪轨。如果发生旱情，诵读此大云风轮品，一两天乃至七天之内，必定会下雨。海洋可能会超越时限，但大能者的经典，这祈雨仪轨，绝不会改变。虽然如此，仍需安住于戒律和功德，完全戒除邪淫、肉和鱼等。应食用乳粥、酸奶、牛奶、加入红糖的米饭等，以及三种甜食，并诵读。这样就能成就，应如大能者所说，毫无疑虑地去做。圣大云大乘经中，名为降雨风轮品第六十四品，连同仪轨圆满。印度堪布吉那弥扎（Jinamitra），希连扎菩提（Śīlendrabodhi），和校对译师班德耶谢德（Bandeyeshé Dé）翻译、校对，并以新术语修订后确定。

Having prayed to all, this chapter of the great cloud wheel should be recited day and night without interruption. Four full vases filled with blue water should be placed. Tormas, incense, and flowers should be offered as much as possible. Then, the Dharma speaker should write in the four directions with bile juice: In the east, a three-cubit-long three-headed dragon king with various dragon retinues should be drawn with bile juice. In the south, a five-cubit-long five-headed dragon king with various dragon retinues should be drawn. In the west, a seven-cubit-long seven-headed dragon king with various dragon retinues should be drawn. In the north, a nine-cubit-long nine-headed dragon king with various dragon retinues should be drawn. The Dharma speaker should protect his own body and abide in loving-kindness. Having placed the mind of compassion close to all sentient beings, he should pray to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and dedicate the roots of virtue to the nagas. This is the ritual. If there is no rain, reading this chapter of the great cloud wind wheel, from one or two days to seven days, rain will certainly fall. The ocean may pass its time, but this rain ritual, the scripture of the Great Mighty One, will not change. However, one should abide in morality and qualities, and completely abandon immoral conduct, meat, and fish, etc. Milk porridge, yogurt, milk, rice with jaggery, etc., and the three sweets should be eaten while reciting. In this way, it will be accomplished, and as the King of the Mighty Ones has said, it should be done without doubt. The sixty-fourth chapter called "The Wind Wheel for Causing Rain" from the Noble Great Cloud Great Vehicle Sutra, complete with the ritual, is finished.
