地之音，鼓之音，甘露之流，令喜悦者，龙之吼，勇士队，无欲之子，海之深处，龙王有波，龙王大者等等，八十四俱胝百千的龙众聚集于此，一同安住。彼时，龙王等眷属从座而起，将上衣偏袒一肩，右膝着地，向世尊所在之处合掌，对上师恭敬，行大礼拜，以鲜花、焚香、香、花环、涂香、粉末、衣服、伞、胜幢、幡、绸缎飘带、乐器之声、钹、手鼓、歌声、珍宝之花、珍宝飘带、珍珠项链、龙之花、极其精美的珍珠网等，无数不可思议之物，供养世尊，绕佛后，于一侧安住。于一侧安住后，发愿道：身之海洋，所有世界之海洋，如所有微尘之微尘数的佛陀和菩萨眷属之坛城之海洋，所有无边世界之海洋，所有地、水、火、风之微尘，以及所有显现之物的微尘，每一微尘中，都有超越所有可计数之海洋的身体之云之海洋，无数，不可思议，不可想象，无等，无量，不可言说，超越这些，并且每一个身体都有手臂之海洋的云，显现于一切方向，不可思议，无数，受到加持后，从每一个微尘的微尘部分，所有供养之云之海洋，充满一切方向的基础，以不混杂之物，供养所有佛陀和菩萨，如此想：普贤行之身之海洋。

The sound of earth, the sound of drums, the stream of nectar, the one who makes joyful, the roar of the dragon, the warrior troop, the son of the desireless, the depths of the ocean, the dragon king Yönpo, the great dragon kings, and so on, eighty-four kotis of hundreds of thousands of dragons gathered and dwelled together. At that time, those dragon kings, together with their retinues, rose from their seats, bared one shoulder, knelt on their right knees, and bowed with palms joined towards the Blessed One. With respect for the lama and great reverence, they offered flowers, incense, perfume, garlands, unguents, powders, garments, umbrellas, victory banners, streamers, silk streamers, the sound of musical instruments, cymbals, hand drums, songs, precious flowers, precious streamers, pearl necklaces, dragon flowers, and supremely beautiful pearl nets, countless and immeasurable varieties. They offered these to the Blessed One, circumambulated him, and sat down on one side. Having sat down on one side, they made prayers: "May we offer to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, with clouds of offerings, oceans filling the basis of all directions, unmixed, from each part of each atom of the dust of all the oceans of worlds, as numerous as the atoms of all the oceans of worlds, the mandalas of the retinues of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, all the oceans of infinite worlds, all the atoms of earth, water, fire, and wind, and the atoms of all visible things, each atom having oceans of clouds of bodies that have completely transcended all countable oceans, countless, inconceivable, unimaginable, unequaled, immeasurable, inexpressible, and each body having clouds of oceans of arms manifestly directed in all directions, immeasurable, countless, having been blessed." Thinking thus: "The ocean of bodies of all-encompassing conduct."
