If someone circumambulates this stupa, or prostrates, or puts their palms together, or offers flowers, or offers scented oil and incense, or offers bells, banners, and some umbrellas, then this is equal to the merit of offering to the stupas of ninety-nine thousand Tathagatas. All roots of virtue will obtain complete glory and great power, and even if birds and bees, etc., are touched by the shadow of that stupa, the Tathagatas will know and remember them, and they will obtain unsurpassed, perfect enlightenment and abide in the irreversible ground. Furthermore, if someone dreams of such a stupa, or sees it from afar, or hears the sound of bells, or hears talk of building a stupa, then all their sins and obscurations, including the five inexpiable sins, will be purified, and they will always be protected and remembered by the Tathagatas, and they will obtain the completely pure path of unsurpassed, perfect enlightenment. This mantra is called the life-force mantra of the stupa. Whether it is a monk, a nun, a male lay practitioner, or a female lay practitioner, if someone builds a stupa themselves, or has others build it, or repairs an old stupa, or makes a small stupa from clay, or makes it from bricks or stones, first they should recite the essence of the mantra completely one thousand and eight times, and then build the stupa on a piece of land the size of a fingernail, or within the measure of a cubit, or within the measure of a yojana, it is all right. By the power of the mantra and the strength of single-pointed mind, that stupa will also emit the fragrance of incense, emitting the fragrance of sandalwood, camphor, musk, and saffron, etc., or emitting the sweet fragrance of celestial incense.

愿实现！我与他人建造佛塔，以及念诵真言者，所有愿望皆如意成就。积累广大的善根，功德与圆满的善妙亦将获得。若有短命之业，亦能延寿增长。临命终时，得见九十九俱胝那由他百千佛陀之容颜，彼等如来垂念，来世得生于清净佛土，并得蒙授记。于彼土亦能存活俱胝那由他百千岁，忆念前世，获得清净天眼与天耳，以及他心通、知晓死亡与转生。身发旃檀香气，口吐莲花芬芳，证得无上正等菩提道，并获得不退转地。即使是芥子大小的香油，诵持真言后涂于佛塔，亦能如前所述获得功德与善妙。比丘、比丘尼、优婆塞、优婆夷，无论何人，若能洁净自身，以珍稀之心受持这些真言之语，当如敬信如来一般信奉，对真言生起恭敬心并书写之，如前所述，依真言与手印仪轨书写后，将心髓置于佛塔命柱之根，建造佛塔，则能积累广大的善根，获得一切功德与善妙。尔后，世尊宣说此等真言手印仪轨之时，十方世界安住之如来皆随喜赞叹而言：圆满正等觉释迦牟尼佛平等利益一切有情，将一切安置于法界之中，大真言手印仪轨之加

May it be fulfilled! May all the wishes of myself and others who work on stupas and recite mantras be fulfilled as desired. May we accumulate vast roots of virtue, and may we also obtain qualities and perfect goodness. Even if there is an action of short life, may life be prolonged and extended. Even at the time of death, may we see the faces of ninety-nine billion trillion hundred thousand Buddhas, and may those Tathagatas remember us. In the next life, may we be born in a completely pure Buddha-field and receive a direct prophecy. There, may we live for a billion trillion hundred thousand years, remembering our previous lives, obtaining pure divine eyes and divine ears, and obtaining knowledge of others' minds, knowledge of death and rebirth. May the fragrance of sandalwood emanate from our bodies, and may the fragrance of lotuses rise from our mouths. Having attained the path of unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, may we also attain the irreversible ground. Even if it is just a mustard seed's worth of fragrant oil, if we recite the mantra and apply it to the stupa, we will obtain the qualities and goodness as previously mentioned. Furthermore, if any bhikkhu, bhikshuni, upasaka, or upasika purifies themselves and holds these words of mantra with a sense of rarity and preciousness, they should be trusted as if they were the Tathagata. Having generated respect for the mantras, they should write them down. As mentioned above, having written the mantras and mudras according to the ritual, and having placed the essence at the base of the stupa's life-pillar, if they build a stupa, they will accumulate vast roots of virtue and obtain all qualities and goodness. Then, when the Bhagavan explained these rituals of mantra mudras, all the Tathagatas residing in the ten directions of the world rejoiced and praised him, saying: The perfectly enlightened Buddha Shakyamuni equally benefits all sentient beings, placing all in the realm of Dharma, the blessing of the great mantra mudra ritual.
