All perfect things will be accomplished. After saying this, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, who dispels all obscurations, requested the Bhagavan: "Bhagavan, Bhagavan, please, Bhagavan, for the sake of protecting the lives of all sentient beings and for the sake of removing all karmic obscurations, and for the sake of the retinue endowed with all, please bestow the teaching of this secret mantra ritual." After making this request, the Bhagavan granted it, and from the crown of the Bhagavan's head, a great light appeared, illuminating all the lands of the three thousand great thousand worlds, and also making all the Tathagatas aware. Those rays of light then gathered again and dissolved into the crown of the Bhagavan's head. This is the root mantra. If anyone wishes to perform this ritual, on the eighth, thirteenth, fourteenth, or fifteenth day of the month, whichever is suitable, circumambulate a stupa containing relics seventy-seven times, recite this secret mantra seventy-seven times, bathe, create a mandala, and write the seventy-seven letters of the secret mantra. At that time, reciting the secret mantra and writing the letters should also be done after bathing, wearing clean clothes, anointing the body with incense, eating pure food, and making offerings with flowers and incense. One should also offer the seven precious jewels as a gift, or offer whatever one can according to one's ability, making the mind happy. In order to make the Dharma flourish, one should be respectful and careful, and make the event grand. The letters of the secret mantra are also rare and precious.

After settling the mind, build seventy-seven stupas of varying sizes to the best of your ability. Place secret mantras inside each stupa. If you make great offerings with a focused mind, your lifespan will be restored from exhaustion and you will become long-lived. The obscurations of past karma, all the sins of countless lifetimes, will be purified. You will never again be born in the hells, as animals, or in any of the lower realms. Wherever you are born, you will remember your past lives. Everything you think in your mind will be accomplished accordingly. You will plant roots of virtue with seventy-seven hundred thousand myriads of Tathagatas. You will be liberated from all sickness and suffering. If someone is afflicted with a serious illness and is about to die, make a square mandala. Draw pictures on it with five colors. In the center, draw a wheel, a vajra, a conch shell, a trident, a swastika, and a lotus. Draw a lotus in each of the four corners. Place a vase filled with scented water on top of each lotus in the four corners. Place a container filled with incense, and burn various incenses. In a container of five colors, place various foods, three white foods, and food mixed with rice. Also pour in scented water, flowers, and bowls filled with rice or grain. Make a torma by mixing various foods together, and place it on the mandala together with a bottle filled with scented water. Near the torma and the rice, draw an image of the Lord of Assemblies (Ganapati), and place a butter lamp on top of his head. Then place the patient on the west side of the mandala, facing the mandala, and place offerings in front of the patient. Then, the mantra practitioner should perform a thorough cleansing and bless the patient with seventy-seven secret mantras. If you perform this ritual in this way, even if the patient's life is about to end, or if he is about to die, or if he loses his memory and becomes confused after seven days, his life will be restored and he will become long-lived, and he will not experience the suffering of nightmares. If someone cleanses thoroughly and constantly recites the secret mantra every day
