བུ་མོ་དང་། བ་ལང་དང་། རྟ་དང་། རྟ་རྒོད་མ་དང་། མ་ཧེ་དང་། གླང་པོ་ཆེ་དང་། བོང་བུ་དང་། སྐྱེ་བོའི་ཚོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་བདེ་བས་ཚིམ་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ། །རྫིང་བུ་དེ་ ཡང་ཕྱོགས་བཞི་ཀུན་དུ་རྒྱར་དཔག་ཚད་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ཚད་དོ།།རྫིང་བུ་དེ་ཡང་མེ་ཏོག་ཨུཏྤ་ལ་དང་། པདྨ་དང་། ཀུ་མུད་དང་། པུནྡ་རི་ཀ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་ཀུན་དུ་ཁེབས་ཤིང་། ཉ་སྣ་ཚོགས་དང་། ཆུ་བྲན་དང་། ཉ་མིད་དང་། ཆུ་སྲིན་བྱིས་པ་གསོད་དང་། བུང་བ་གཟུགས་སྣ་ཚོགས་ ཅན་ནོ།།དེ་ནས་དེའི་འོག་ཏུ་ཐན་པ་བྱུང་བ་དེའི་ཚེ་ནགས་ཚལ་དང་། མེ་ཏོག་དང་། འབྲས་བུ་དང་། འདབ་མ་དང་། ཡལ་ག་ཐམས་ཅད་སྐམས་ཏེ་མེ་ཏོག་དེ་དག་རྙིངས་སོ། །ཉ་དང་། ཆུ་སྲིན་དང་། ཉ་མིད་དང་། ཆུ་སྲིན་བྱིས་པ་གསོད་དང་། བུང་བ་གཟུགས་སྣ་ཚོགས་པ་དེ་དག་ཀྱང་ ཆུ་བྲི་སྟེ་ཆུ་ཅུང་ཟད་ཅིག་ལུས་པས་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་རྒྱུག་།ཀུན་དུ་རྒྱུག་རབ་ཏུ་རྒྱུག་སྟེ། སྲོག་འགགས་ལ་ཐུག་།སྲོག་འཆད་ལ་ཐུག་པས་སྙིང་འཕར་ཞིང་རྒྱུག་གོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཞམ་རིང་བ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་རྫིང་བུ་དེར་བྱོན་པ་དང་། དེ་ན་ཉ་དང་། ཆུ་སྲིན་དང་། ཆུ་སྲིན་བྱིས་པ་གསོད དང་།བུང་བ་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་དུ་མ་སྲོག་འགགས་ལ་ཐུག་།སྲོག་འཆད་ལ་ཐུག་སྟེ་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་རྒྱུག་ཅིང་སྙིང་རྗེ་རྗེ་ལྟར་གཟིགས་ནས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བྱམས་པའི་དམིགས་པ་སྙིང་རྗེས་དབུགས་བྱུང་སྟེ་སེ་གོལ་གྱི་སྒྲས་ཀླུ་རྣམས་འབོད་ཅིང་ལན་གཉིས་ལན་གསུམ་དུ་སེ་གོལ་རྡོབ་ཅིང་ སྟོང་གསུམ་གྱི་སྟོང་ཆེན་པོའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་སུ་སྒྲ་གྲག་པར་མཛད་དོ།།སྔོན་ལས་ཀྱི་རྐྱེན་འགའ་ཞིག་གིས་སྲོག་ཆགས་དེ་དག་ཀྱང་སྲོག་མ་ཆད་དོ། །ཀླུ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་དག་གིས་སྒྲ་དེ་ཡང་མ་ཐོས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱང་རྗེས་སུ་མ་དྲན་ནོ། །དེ་ནས་བདུད་ཀྱི་རིགས་ཀྱི་གནོད་སྦྱིན་རྣམ་ པར་འཐོར་རླུང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་དེས་སྟོང་གསུམ་གྱི་སྟོང་ཆེན་པོའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་སུ་སྒྲ་བསྒྲགས་པ་ཞག་བདུན་གྱི་ཉིན་པར་སྲེག་པའི་བསྐལ་བ་འབྱུང་སྟེ།འདི་ནི་སྲིད་པའི་རྩེ་མོ་ནས་མནར་མེད་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་མནར་མེད་པ་ལ་ཐུག་པའི་བར་དག་ལས་གང་ཚིག་བར་མི་འགྱུར་བ་ཅུང་ཟད་ཀྱང་ མི་སྲིད་དོ།།འཇིག་རྟེན་དུ་འཇིགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་བྱུང་ཞེས་སྒྲ་གྲག་གོ། །དེ་ནས་ལྷ་དང་། ཀླུ་དང་། གནོད་སྦྱིན་དང་། དྲི་ཟ་དང་། ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་དང་། ནམ་མཁའ་ལྡིང་དང་། མིའམ་ཅི་དང་། ལྟོ་འཕྱེ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་། མི་དང་། མི་མ་ཡིན་པ་དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་སྒྲ་དེ་ཐོས་ནས་

There are various kinds of fish, otters, fish-eaters, crocodile cub killers, and bees of various shapes. Then, after that, when the drought occurred, the forests, flowers, fruits, leaves, and branches all dried up, and those flowers withered. The fish, crocodiles, fish-eaters, crocodile cub killers, and bees of various shapes, because the water decreased, leaving only a little water, ran in all ten directions. Running everywhere, running desperately, life was at stake, life was about to end, so they ran with pounding hearts. Then, the Bhagavan Long-Legged One came to that pond, and there were hundreds and thousands of fish, crocodiles, crocodile cub killers, and bees whose lives were at stake, life was about to end, running in all ten directions, and looking at them with compassionate eyes. The Bhagavan, with loving focus and compassionate breath, shook the hand drum, calling the nagas, and struck the hand drum two or three times, making the sound resound throughout the three thousand great thousand worlds. Due to some causes of past karma, those beings did not lose their lives either. Those great nagas did not hear that sound, nor did they remember the Bhagavan. Then, a yaksha of the demon race named Vamimatta Vayu (Rnam par 'thor rlung), proclaimed a sound in the universe of the three thousand great thousand worlds, saying that a kalpa of burning the world for seven days would occur, and from the peak of existence to the Avici hell, there would be nothing that would not be burned. A great fear occurred in the world, and the sound resounded. Then, the gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, humans, and non-humans, all of them heard that sound,

ཀྱི་ཧུད་ཀྱི་ཧུད་འཇིག་རྟེན་མ་རུངས་བར་གྱུར་ཏོ་ཞེས་ངུའོ།།དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་ལས་ཀྱི་རྐྱེན་གྱིས་འདི་མྱོང་བར་མཁྱེན་མོད་གྱི། འོན་ཀྱང་དགོངས་པ་མཛད་དེ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་སྨིན་མཚམས་ཀྱི་མཛོད་སྤུ་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་བྱུང་ནས། འོད་ཟེར་དེས་ཀླུའི་ཁྱིམ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྣང་བར་ བྱས་ནས་ཀྱང་སླར་ལོག་སྟེ་སྤྱི་བོའི་གཙུག་ཏུ་ནུབ་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ།།དེ་ནས་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཀུན་ནས་གདུགས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པས་བསྐོར་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བས་ཀླུ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྡུས་ནས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་སྨྲས་སོ། །ཀྱེ་ཀླུ་དང་ཀླུ་ཆེན་པོ་དག་ཅིའི་ཕྱིར་འོད་ཟེར་བྱུང་ཞིང་རྐྱེན་གང་གིས་འཇིག་རྟེན་དུ་བྱུང་། དེ་ནས་ ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་རྒྱ་མཚོས་བསམས་ནས།བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་མཐུས་འོད་ཟེར་བྱུང་བར་མཐོང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་དང་། གཞན་ཡང་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་མཐུ་ཆེ་བ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གང་ན་བ་དེར་དོང་སྟེ་ལྷགས་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ལ་གཏུགས་ཏེ་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ ཏོ།།བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་འོད་ཟེར་རབ་ཏུ་བཀྱེ་བའི་རྒྱུ་གང་ལགས། རྐྱེན་གང་ལགས། འོད་ཟེར་རབ་ཏུ་བགྱེ་སྟེ་ཁང་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྣང་བར་བགྱིས་ཏེ། སླར་ལྡོག་པར་བྱེད་པའི་རྒྱུ་གང་ལགས། རྐྱེན་གང་ལགས། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྩལ་པ། ཀྱེ་ཀླུའི་བདག་པོ་དག་ སྲོག་ཆགས་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་མང་པོ་སྲོག་འགགས་པས་འགག་པར་འགྱུར་བའོ།།དེ་ནས་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྒྱ་མཚོས་སྐད་ཅིག་ཐང་ཅིག་ཡུད་ཙམ་དེ་ལ་རྫིང་བུ་ཆར་གྱི་རྒྱུན་གྱི་ཆུས་བཀང་ནས་བདེ་བས་ཚིམ་པར་བྱས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་ཕྱོགས་དེར་གོ་སྐབས་ཆེན་པོ་བྱུང་བར་གྱུར་ནས་ས་ཕྱོགས་དེར་བཅོམ་ ལྡན་འདས་འཁོར་ཆེན་པོས་ཀུན་ནས་བསྐོར་ཏེ་མདུན་དུ་བདར་བའི་དབུས་ན་བཞུགས་སོ།།ཀླུའི་འཁོར་ཆེན་པོ་འདུས་པ་ནི་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་ཅུ་སྟེ། ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཀླུའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཀུན་ནས་གདུགས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པས་བསྐོར་བ་དེ་སྟན་ལས་ལངས་ནས་ བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ག་ལ་བ་དེར་སོང་སྟེ་ཕྱིན་ནས།བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་ཞབས་ལ་མགོ་བོས་གཏུགས་ཏེ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ནས་ལན་གསུམ་བསྐོར་བ་བྱས་ནས་མེ་ཏོག་དང་། བདུག་པ་དང་། ཕྲེང་བ་དང་། སྤོས་དང་། བྱུག་པ་དང་། རྒྱན་དང་། ལྷབ་ལྷུབ་ དང་།ན་བཟའ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་མཆོད་དེ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་སྤྱན་སྔར་འདུག་གོ། །དེ་ནས་རྒྱལ་པོ་བཞིས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་གང་ན་བ་དེ་ལོགས་སུ་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་བ་བཏུད་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་འདི་

Then, the great naga king Ocean thought: I see that the light has arisen due to the power of the Blessed One. Then, the naga king Ocean and other powerful naga kings went to where the Blessed One was, and upon arriving, they touched the feet of the Blessed One with their heads and requested: Blessed One, what is the cause of radiating light? What is the reason? What is the cause of radiating light, illuminating all the palaces, and then returning? What is the reason? The Blessed One said: O lords of the nagas, it is because hundreds of thousands of beings are dying from lack of water. Then, the naga king Ocean, in a moment, an instant, a short while, filled the ponds with continuous rain water, making them happy and content. Then, a great opportunity arose in that place, and the Blessed One, surrounded by a great retinue, sat in the center of the prepared seat in front. The assembled great retinue of nagas was as follows: eighty thousand naga kings. The naga kings, headed by the naga king Ocean, and all the naga kings surrounded by umbrellas, rose from their seats and went to where the Blessed One was, and upon arriving, they touched the feet of the Blessed One with their heads, prostrated, circumambulated three times, and offered flowers, incense, garlands, perfumes, unguents, ornaments, banners, and various clothes to the Blessed One, and then sat before the Blessed One.
