Having made great offerings with clouds of offerings, clouds of umbrellas, clouds of garlands, clouds of head ornaments, clouds of flowers, and great clouds of garments to the Arhat, the perfectly complete Buddha Shakyamuni and the secret lord Vajrapani, while dwelling in the middle of the sky, circumambulated the Bhagavan Shakyamuni seven times, knelt with his right knee on a precious lotus vajra seat, looked at the Bhagavan, and prostrated to the Bhagavan. After the Tathagata granted permission, they each sat on their own precious lotus vajra seats. At that time, in the eastern direction, in the world called Vajra Peak, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly complete Buddha named Vajra Essence Destroyer, now dwells and lives. Like this, relying on the pavilion on top of the great Vajra Mount Meru, he also teaches the Dharma based on this Dharani. The light of blazing Vajra also illuminates all those countless worlds. All the suffering of all sentient beings is cut off, and sentient beings no longer have the suffering of hells, animals, and the realm of Yama. All those who are famous in the world for their great miraculous powers and strength, such as gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, etc., also arise with joy and happiness from the great clouds of offerings. The essence of the Lord completely destroys, and the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajra Heart said to him: "Son of the family, in the west, in the realm of the Saha world, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha Shakyamuni Buddha, in the pavilion on the top of the Great Vajra Sumeru Mountain, teaches the Dharma category called 'The Dharani of the Pavilion on the Top of the Great Vajra Sumeru Mountain'. The Bhagavan emitted a great net of light from the urna of his crown. The great net of light immediately provoked the evil demons in that world, and all the sons of the gods, as well as the sons of the gods of other demon classes, gathered before the Bhagavan with a great army. However, by the power of the Buddha, they were bound by the bonds of the five cords and fell in the courtyard of the Tathagata's Vajra retinue. Out of compassion for them, the Bhagavan instructed the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Secret Lord Vajrapani to subdue them. The Secret Lord Vajrapani entered the samadhi called 'The Great Door of Vajra Liberation', and from all the limbs and subtle parts, he manifested the vajras. This is the light of the Vajra flames emitted by those vajras themselves. Son of the family, the light of the Vajra flames also illuminated the immeasurable, boundless, and inconceivable realms of the ten directions, illuminating as many realms as there are sands in the Ganges River. All the Buddhas and Bhagavat in those realms were inspired, and the mandala of the retinue of those Bodhisattvas were also inspired, and those who had attained miracles each inquired of the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha Buddha. Son of the family, by the power of that, the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha Shakyamuni Buddha abides in front and serves.

After this request, the Tathagata Arhat Samyak-sambuddha Vajragarbha Destroyer said to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajragarbha, "Son of good family, if you know the time has come, then go." Then, after the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Vajragarbha was permitted by the Blessed One, he circumambulated the Blessed One, the Tathagata Arhat Samyak-sambuddha Vajragarbha Destroyer, seven times, and disappeared from that world. From the path of the sky, together with ninety-nine billion trillion nayutas of Bodhisattvas, with the great transformation of Bodhisattvas and the great miraculous powers of Bodhisattvas, he went to the Sahā world, and upon arriving, all those Bodhisattvas spoke together: "From the blessed jewels made from the accumulation of great merit, such rays of light as these appear: blue, yellow, red, blue-green, yellow-green, orpiment, crystal, silver, jewel, pearl, gold, padmarāga, essence of stone, Kakkera, great Kakkera, sapphire, great lapis lazuli, lapis lazuli, and the color of red pearls, etc. They circled the all-encompassing world hundreds of thousands of billions of times, filled the upper sky, illuminated it with divine appearances, gathered together, and became like a rainbow, O Blessed One, Tathagata."
