That which contains the essence, may it be auspicious! In Sanskrit: Arya Maha Vajra Meru Shikhara Kuta Gara Dharani. In Tibetan: The Dharani of the Noble Great Vajra Meru Peak Multi-storied Mansion. Homage to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! Thus have I heard: At one time, the Bhagavan was in the place of the Great Vajra Samadhi, the multi-storied mansion on the peak of the Great Vajra Meru, well adorned with wish-fulfilling trees of the Great Vajra, illuminated by the light of the precious lotuses in the pond of the Great Vajra, the ground was covered with sand of the Great Vajra, blessed by the Great Vajra, the surrounding courtyard was made of the Great Vajra, adorned with billions of millions of trillions of lion thrones of the Great Vajra of Indra, the lord of the gods, teaching the Dharma and possessing miracles, blessed by the blessings of all the Buddhas, entering into the equality of all Dharmas, arising from the omniscience itself. All eighty-four billions of millions of Bodhisattvas were also bound by one birth, irreversible from the unexcelled, perfectly complete enlightenment, having obtained great power, transforming into Buddha-fields by the Samadhi of the Great Vajra Liberation, universally displaying great miracles, in a single moment, instant, and short time of mind, following the minds and behaviors of all sentient beings, teaching various Dharmas that are equal, pleasant, vast, and profound, possessing fearlessness and miracles, in the Buddha-fields, offering to the Tathagatas with clouds of great offerings, and the gates of liberation, Dharanis, Samadhis, powers, superknowledges, non-mixtures, limbs of enlightenment, paths and ten grounds, perfections, skillful means, objects of collection, loving-kindness and compassion, joy and equanimity, the power of loving-kindness and solitude, and completely possessing the stream of a purified mind, just like this: the Bodhisattva Mahasattva named Vajra Essence.
