If you wish to see Avalokiteśvara, recite one thousand and eight times, and you will see his true form, and all wishes will be fulfilled. If you wish to see Vajrapāṇi, recite ten thousand times, and he will show his true form, loving him as a father loves his son, and granting him the wishes of his heart. If you wish to see the Buddha and many assembled retinues, recite thirty thousand times, and you will see them as desired. If you recite continuously between the seven parasol emblems, the vidyādharas will appear, each bestowing upon that person the power of their own mantra, and protecting them completely. On the seventh day, the rulers of the three thousand great thousand world realms and Indra and the gods, together with their retinues, will come and grant his wishes. If the recitation ritual is performed as shown above, all wishes will be completely fulfilled. This is called the ritual from the secret treasury of Avalokiteśvara that makes everything full of love and joy. After reciting the previous mantra one thousand and eight times, apply it to the body, or apply it to clothing, or apply it to the eyes, or make a tilaka on the forehead, or apply it to the body.

If so, the king, the queen, the ministers, the servants, the men, and the women, etc., will be loving and joyful, and will respect the Dharma of the path, generate Bodhicitta, and will give and offer without any reluctance to their own flesh and blood, and wealth. It is beyond words. Just as the sun and moon are seen by all, the matters of practice will be abundant and accomplished. Whoever carries this medicine will have all their sins purified and will be liberated from all obstacles. They will be liberated from the king's power forcibly seizing, floods washing away, fire burning, all kinds of weapons, poison, and the afflictions of bondage. If this ritual of preparing the Agada medicine is performed from the depths of one's heart, everyone will be loving and joyful. By fumigating with this medicine, one will be able to borrow things smoothly. This is the ritual of the medicine of Avalokiteshvara, the Lord of Compassion, to make others loving and joyful. From the Dharani of the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel of Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva, the third chapter of the ritual of preparing the Agada medicine to make others loving and joyful. Avalokiteshvara, the Lord of Compassion, again, out of compassion for sentient beings, taught the ritual of the chewing medicine that makes everyone like and joyful. Grind camphor, musk, and saffron into fine powder, mix it with orpiment, and recite each of the three mantras mentioned above one thousand and eight times. Mix with clean water, make pills the size of soapberry fruits, and then recite the above three mantras one hundred and eight times, dry in the shade, and do not let the sun and wind touch them. For each pill, also recite the above three mantras seven times each. After chewing one pill, if you speak to the king, or the minister, or the close attendants, or the large crowd of people, they will respect you and give you all the wealth and jewels you need without any reluctance. All the words you speak will be accepted by them.

将会被信任和听从。如果有什么吩咐，也会全部听从和照做。口服药丸时，应当时常念诵咒语，观世音自在能使所有愿望都实现。在菩萨观世音自在的像前，用香水做一个四方形的坛城，边长四肘。在坛城中，铺撒各种各样的植物花朵，焚烧白色檀香，取出之前的药丸，放在坛城中。竖立四个旗帜，悬挂帷幔和白色幡旗，在坛城上绘制四朵白色莲花。供养菩萨观世音自在之后，念诵心咒和心中心咒一百零八遍。身体的咒语也念诵一百零八遍，然后焚烧白色檀香，撒花，那时所有的愿望都会实现。取出坛城中的药，佩戴在身上，无论去往何方，所有寻求之物都会实现。所说之语都会被信任和听从，所有想做之事都会成功。除非没有一心一意去做。这被称为如意檀香轮中的口服药丸仪轨。菩萨观世音自在如意轮中的口服药丸仪轨第四品完。然后，菩萨观世音自在，为了慈悲众生，宣说了如果被很多人看到就会喜爱和高兴的仪轨。药物有：希日卡库树，红莲花，蓝色莲花，海水泡沫，鱼贼鳗的骨头，牛黄，卡昆班西亚，牛黄，藏红花，中国藏红花，荜茇，甘松和姜黄，将这些药材等份混合，捣碎并仔细研磨，如果之前的药有一两，就加入麝香和冰片半两，仔细研磨。

Will be trusted and obeyed. If there is any command, it will all be listened to and done. When taking oral medicine, one should always recite mantras, and Avalokiteśvara will fulfill all wishes. In front of the image of Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, make a square mandala with incense water, four cubits on each side. In the mandala, spread various kinds of plant flowers as available, burn white sandalwood, take out the previous medicine pills, and place them in the mandala. Erect four banners, hang curtains and white banners, and draw four white lotuses on the mandala. After offering to Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, recite the heart mantra and the heart-essence mantra one hundred and eight times. Also recite the body mantra one hundred and eight times, then burn white sandalwood and scatter flowers, at that time all wishes will be fulfilled. Take the medicine from the mandala and wear it on the body, no matter where you go, all that you seek will be fulfilled. All words spoken will be trusted and obeyed, and all that you want to do will succeed. Unless you do not do it with one-pointed mind. This is called the oral medicine ritual from the Wish-Fulfilling Sandalwood Wheel. The fourth chapter of the oral medicine ritual from the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel of Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara is complete. Then, Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, out of compassion for sentient beings, explained the ritual of being loved and delighted by all if seen by many people. The medicines are: Shirika Kaku tree, red lotus, blue lotus, sea foam, eel bone, bezoar, Kakun Bansya, bezoar, saffron, Chinese saffron, long pepper, nard, and turmeric. Mix these medicines in equal parts, pound and grind them carefully. If there is one ounce of the previous medicine, add half an ounce of musk and borneol, and grind them carefully.
