当观世音自在宣说此如意轮陀罗尼时，大地也发生六种震动。天、龙、药叉、乾闼婆、阿修罗、迦楼罗、紧那罗、摩睺罗伽等众的宫殿也都剧烈摇动。魔王和魔众也都非常恐惧，生起巨大的怖畏。魔王的宫殿也猛烈燃烧起来。药叉和各种凶恶的罗刹鬼怪也都惊慌恐惧，遮面而倒地。所有地狱之门也都打开，受苦的有情众生都得到解脱，享受天界的殊胜安乐。当时，诸天也纷纷降下珍宝花和各种珍宝装饰的雨。天乐也在空中奏出各种乐音，以此供养如来。然后，世尊以梵音偈颂赞叹观世音自在菩萨大菩萨说：善男子，你为了慈悲有情众生，宣说此陀罗尼，使有情众生获得巨大的利益，太好了，太好了！然后，世尊又对观世音自在菩萨说：善男子，为了有情众生，宣说此大神通王陀罗尼的仪轨。然后，观世音自在菩萨对世尊说：善男子或善女子，比丘或比丘尼，优婆塞或优婆夷，童男或童女，如果有人想要在此生亲身感受果报，就应一心一意，精进不懈地受持此陀罗尼，不舍弃，不选择时间和地点，无论干净与否，都应昼夜念诵，这样所作之事都会变得有意义。无论如何，都要努力去做，并且去追求。

The palaces of gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, and others also shook violently. The king of demons and the demon hordes were also greatly frightened and filled with great terror. The palace of the king of demons also blazed fiercely. Yakshas and other various kinds of fierce rakshasas were also terrified and covered their faces, falling to the ground. All the gates of hell were opened, and the suffering sentient beings were liberated and experienced the supreme bliss of the heavens. At that time, the gods also visibly rained down precious flowers and various precious ornaments. The music of the gods also produced various sounds in the sky, and thus offered to the Tathagata. Then, the Bhagavan praised the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteshvara with verses in the voice of Brahma, saying: "Son of noble family, because you have compassion for sentient beings, by speaking this dharani, sentient beings will obtain great benefit. Well done, well done!" Then, the Bhagavan again said to the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara: "Son of noble family, for the sake of sentient beings, speak the ritual of this great miraculous king dharani." Then, the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara said to the Bhagavan: "Son of noble family, or daughter of noble family, bhikshu or bhikshuni, upasaka or upasika, boy or young girl, if anyone wants to experience the fruition in this very life, they should single-mindedly, diligently, and perseveringly uphold this dharani without abandoning it, without choosing time or place, whether clean or unclean, they should recite it day and night, then their actions will become meaningful. If you recite it one hundred and eight times, then hundreds of thousands of things will not fail to be accomplished. No other mantra can compare with this Wish-Fulfilling Wheel Dharani. What is the reason for that? Because it can completely destroy the bad karma of the past and present, as well as heavy obscurations. If someone recites this dharani, then even beings destined to fall into the Avici Hell will be liberated. Even sins such as the five inexpiable sins can be purified, not to mention bad karma, demons, diseases, and everything else. If someone suffers from a plague that lasts for one day, two days, three days, four days, or if they are in pain day and night, or if they suffer from diseases caused by wind, bile, phlegm, etc., if they recite this mantra, then everything will be eliminated and healed. If someone is harmed by poison or curses, or suffers from boils, itching, leprosy, eye diseases, wind diseases, madness, or headaches, or if their ears, nose, lips, tongue, throat, mouth, face, crown, brain, chest, ribs, heart, abdomen, waist, back, legs, hands, etc., are all in pain, they will all be healed. In short, all diseases of the body will be healed. Yakshas, Rakshasas, Vinayakas, demons, ghosts, etc., will not cause harm either. 即使发生争论也能调解，如果念诵此陀罗尼一遍，则能如愿成就以上所说的一切。如果有人念诵此陀罗尼一百零八遍，圣观自在菩萨会这样说：善男子，你不要害怕！你希求什么，追求什么？一切我都将赐予你。如来无量寿佛也会显现真身。如经中所说，也能见到极乐世界的庄严景象。也能见到极乐世界的菩萨众。也能见到十方诸佛。也能见到圣观自在菩萨的住所普陀山。自己的身体也能完全清净，因此常常受到国王和大臣们的尊敬和侍奉。受到许多人的爱戴和尊敬。生生世世不会从母胎中出生，而是在莲花上化生。具有殊胜的庄严。生生世世都能忆起前世。从现在直到证得圆满菩提之间，永远不会堕入恶道，而且常常出生在佛前。这被称为是摧毁一切罪业的陀罗尼。摧毁一切罪业陀罗尼的第一品。之后，为了慈爱众生，观自在菩萨又宣说了如意轮心陀罗尼的秘密仪轨，如果有人有任何珍贵的事情想要成就，一切都会自然平息。这也有两种，即世间财和出世间财。世间财是黄金、白银等珍宝。出世间财是福德和智慧两种庄严，身心极度安乐，受到许多人的爱戴和尊敬。

If someone recites this Dharani one hundred and eight times, the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara will say: "Noble son, do not fear! What do you desire and what do you seek? I will grant you everything." The Tathagata Amitayus will also manifest his true form. As stated in the sutra, one will also see the magnificent scenery of the Sukhavati Pure Land. One will also see the assembly of Bodhisattvas in the Sukhavati Pure Land. One will also see all the Buddhas of the ten directions. One will also see the Potala Mountain, the abode of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara. One's own body will also be completely purified, and therefore one will always be respected and served by kings and ministers. One will be loved and respected by many people. In all lifetimes, one will not be born from a mother's womb, but will be born on a lotus. One will possess supreme adornments. In all lifetimes, one will remember one's previous lives. From now until one attains perfect enlightenment, one will never fall into the evil realms, and one will always be born in the presence of the Buddha.
