རྒྱལ་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་བཞི་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་ཡང་ཉེ་བར་ལྷགས་ནས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྲུང་བར་འགྱུར། ལག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེས་ཀྱང་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཆེན་པོ་སྩོལ་བར་ འགྱུར།བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གིས་ཀྱང་སྨོན་པ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་ཡོངས་སུ་སྐོང་བར་འགྱུར་ལགས་སོ། །གལ་ཏེ་ཡུལ་ཁམས་སུ་ཆར་དཀོན་པར་གྱུར་ན་ཡུངས་ཀར་དང་ཆབ་མར་ལ་སྔགས་འདིས་བཏབ་སྟེ། གདུགས་གསུམ་གྱི་བར་ དུ་ཞུགས་ཀྱི་ནང་དུ་བསྲེགས་ན་ཆར་བ་འབབ་པར་འགྱུར།གལ་ཏེ་ཆར་ཆེ་སྟེ་མི་ཁུམས་ན་ཐབ་དེའི་ཐལ་བ་བླངས་ནས་སྔགས་ལན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་སྟེ། གནམ་དུ་གཏོར་ན་ཆར་པ་ཁུམས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གལ་ཏེ་སེར་བ་མ་རུངས་པ་བབས་སམ། རླུང་དྲག་ པོ་གློ་བུར་དུ་ལངས་པར་གྱུར་ན་ཡང་ཐལ་བ་དེ་བླངས་ནས་ལན་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བཏབ་སྟེ།སྤྲིན་མཆིས་པའི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་གཏོར་ན་ཞི་བར་འགྱུར་ལགས་སོ། །སྔགས་འདི་རྟག་པར་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བགྱིས་ན་མཐུ་སྟོབས་མཐུ་བོ་ཆེ་དང་འདྲ་བར་འགྱུར་བས། ལུས་ འདི་སྤངས་ནས་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་བདེ་བ་ཅན་དུ་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར།མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པར་འཚང་རྒྱ་བའི་བར་དུ་སྐྱེ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྔོན་གྱི་གནས་རྗེས་སུ་དྲན་པ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་ལགས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ ཕྱུག་གིས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ།།བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཙནྡན་གྱི་སྙིང་པོའི་འཁོར་ལོའི་གཟུངས་འདི་བདག་གིས་བསྟན་པ་བཞིན་དུ་དགེ་སློང་ངམ། དགེ་སློང་མའམ། དགེ་བསྙེན་ནམ། དགེ་བསྙེན་མའམ། སྐྱེས་པའམ། བུད་མེད་གང་ལ་ལ་ཞིག་ གིས་ལན་ཅིག་འཆང་བར་བགྱིད་ན་གདོན་མི་ཟ་བར་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་བས་ཐེ་ཚོམ་གྱི་བསམ་པ་བསྐྱེད་པར་མི་བགྱིའོ།།ཡིད་ལ་བསམས་པའི་དོན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་བས་ཤིན་ཏུ་མངོན་པར་ཡིད་ཆེས་པར་བགྱི་ཞིང་ཐེ་ཚོམ་བསྐྱེད་པར་མི་བགྱིའོ། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱིས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་ལ་ཁྱོད་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོས་ཡིད་བཞིན་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོའི་གཟུངས་ཀྱི་ཆོ་ག་གྱ་ནོམ་པ་འདི་ཡང་དག་པར་བཤད་དེ།འཛམ་བུའི་གླིང་གི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕན་པ་དང་། བདེ་བར་བྱས་པ་ ལེགས་སོ་ལེགས་སོ་ཞེས་བསྔགས་པ་བརྗོད་དོ།།གང་ལ་ལ་ཞིག་གིས་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་དེ་ཁ་ནས་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བྱས་ན་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཡིན་མོད་ཀྱི་ངས་བསྟན་པ་བཞིན་དུ་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་ཡང་ནས་ཡང་དུ་ནན་ཏན་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཀྱིས་རྗེས་ སུ་བསྟན་ནས་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཆེད

四大天王及其眷属也将临近并完全守护。金刚手菩萨也将赐予大成就。观世音菩萨也将圆满所有的大愿。如果国土中缺雨，就用此咒加持芥子油和酥油，在三伞之间，在火中焚烧，就会下雨。如果雨太大无法停止，就取那个灶的灰，用咒语加持一百零八遍，向天空撒去，雨就会停止。如果降下凶猛的冰雹，或者突然刮起强风，也取那些灰，用咒语加持一百零八遍，向有云的方向撒去，就会平息。如果经常念诵这个咒语，就会变得像大力士一样，舍弃这个身体后，将往生到极乐世界。直到圆满成佛之前，所有的转世都能获得忆念前世的能力。然后，世尊向观世音菩萨这样说道：世尊，如我所说，如果比丘、比丘尼、优婆塞、优婆夷、男子或女子中的任何一个，持诵一次这个檀香木心轮咒，必定会成就，不要产生怀疑的想法。心中所想的一切愿望都将实现，所以要非常相信，不要产生怀疑。然后，世尊对观世音菩萨说：你以大慈悲正确地宣说了这个如意轮咒的广大仪轨，利益和安乐了一切赡部洲的众生，说“好啊，好啊”并赞叹。任何人发起菩提心，口中念诵，都会获得成就。即使如此，也要像我所说的那样，反复殷勤地劝导众生，为了让他们获得成就。

The Four Great Kings and their retinues will also approach and completely protect. Vajrapani will also bestow great accomplishments. Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva will also fulfill all great aspirations. If there is a lack of rain in the country, bless mustard oil and butter with this mantra, and burn them in the fire between three umbrellas, and it will rain. If the rain is too heavy and cannot be stopped, take the ashes from that stove, bless them with the mantra one hundred and eight times, and scatter them into the sky, and the rain will stop. If fierce hail falls, or a strong wind suddenly rises, also take those ashes, bless them with the mantra one hundred and eight times, and scatter them in the direction where there are clouds, and it will subside. If you constantly recite this mantra, you will become like a great hero, and after abandoning this body, you will be reborn in the Sukhavati world. Until you attain complete enlightenment, all rebirths will be able to remember their past lives. Then, the World Honored One said to Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva: "World Honored One, as I have said, if any bhikkhu, bhikshuni, upasaka, upasika, man or woman, recites this sandalwood heart wheel mantra once, they will surely achieve it, do not have doubtful thoughts. All the wishes in your heart will be fulfilled, so you must have great faith and do not have doubts." Then, the World Honored One said to Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva: "You have correctly explained this vast ritual of the Cintamani Chakra mantra with great compassion, benefiting and bringing happiness to all beings in Jambudvipa, saying 'Good, good' and praising it. Anyone who generates Bodhicitta and recites it from their mouth will attain accomplishments. Even so, you must repeatedly and diligently exhort sentient beings as I have taught, in order to help them attain accomplishments."

་དུ་ལུས་ཉེ་བར་སྟོན་ལ།ངའི་ཚིག་དང་འགལ་བར་མ་བྱེད་ཅིག་དང་ང་ཡང་རྗེས་སུ་ཡི་རང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ལ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གིས་འདི་སྐད་ཅེས་གསོལ་ཏོ། །བཅོམ་ ལྡན་འདས་བདག་ནི་བསྐལ་པ་དཔག་ཏུ་མ་མཆིས་པ་ནས་བྱམས་པ་དང་བརྩེ་བའི་སེམས་ཀྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་ལ་རྗེས་སུ་སྟོན་ཅིང་།རྟག་པར་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྲུངས་ནས་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩལ་བ་ནི་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་མཁྱེན་ཅིང་དབང་དུ་གྱུར་པ་ལགས་སོ། །སེམས་ ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སླད་དུ་ཡིད་བཞིན་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོའི་གཟུངས་འདི་བཤད་པ་ལགས་པས།གང་ལ་ལ་ཞིག་གིས་ལེན་ཅིང་འཆང་བ་དང་། རྟག་པར་བདག་ཉིད་བཟླས་བརྗོད་བགྱི་བའི་གྲངས་ཚང་བར་བགྱིས་ན་སྨོན་པ་རྣམས་གྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། བདག་ནི་དེ་ལྟར་བཅོམ་ ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་བྱིན་གྱི་བརླབས་ཀྱི་མཐུས་སེམས་ཅན་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བ་རྣམས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐྱབ་པར་བགྱིད་པ་ལགས་སོ།།དེའི་ཚེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གིས་ཡིད་བཞིན་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོའི་གཟུངས་འདི་སྨྲས་པ་དང་། འཁོར་ འདུས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་དགའ་ནས་མངོན་པར་ཡིད་ཆེས་པས་ཡང་དག་པར་བླངས་ཏེ་སྤྱོད་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ།།བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་ཡིད་བཞིན་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོའི་གཟུངས་ལས་སྦྱིན་སྲེག་ཧོཾ་གྱི་ཆོ་ག་སྨན་སྦྱོར་བའི་ལེའུ་སྟེ་དྲུག་པའོ།། །། འཕགས་པ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་ཕྱུག་གི་གསང་བའི་མཛོད་ཐོགས་པ་མེད་པའི་ཡིད་བཞིན་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོའི་སྙིང་པོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།ཞུ་ཆེན་གྱི་མཁན་པོ་དང་ལོཙྪ་བ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་ཀྱི་རིང་ལུགས་པ་བནྡེ་ཆོས་གྲུབ་ཀྱིས ་རྒྱའི་དཔེ་ལས་བསྒྱུར་ཅིང་ཞུས་ཏེ་གཏན་ལ་ཕབ་པ།་

于此身近示现，莫违背我的话语，我亦随喜。此后，菩萨观世音自在对世尊如是禀告：世尊，我从无数劫以来，以慈悲之心对众生随顺开示，恒常守护并赐予成就，世尊您了知且能自在。为了众生之故，宣说此如意轮陀罗尼。无论何人受持，恒常自身作念诵，圆满其数，则诸愿皆得成就。我如是依仗世尊的加持力，救护一切受苦众生。尔时，菩萨摩诃萨观世音自在宣说了此如意轮陀罗尼，所有广大的集会众皆大欢喜，显现信受，如实奉行。菩萨观世音自在如意轮陀罗尼中，火供护摩仪轨，药方品第六完毕。 圣者菩萨观世音自在的秘密宝藏，无碍如意轮之心要，名为陀罗尼完毕。 校勘的堪布和译师，世尊教法的奉行者，班第（法师）法成，由汉文译出并校定。

Here, he closely manifests his body. Do not go against my words, and I will also rejoice accordingly. Then, the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara spoke to the Bhagavan as follows: "Bhagavan, from countless eons, I have been guiding sentient beings with a mind of loving-kindness and compassion. Constantly protecting them and bestowing accomplishments, the Bhagavan himself knows and has mastery over this. For the sake of sentient beings, I have spoken this Cintachakra Dharani. Whoever receives and holds it, and constantly recites it themselves, completing the number of recitations, all wishes will be fulfilled. In this way, through the power of the Bhagavan's blessings, I will completely protect all suffering sentient beings." At that time, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Avalokiteśvara spoke this Cintachakra Dharani, and all the great assembly rejoiced greatly, manifestly believed, and practiced it accordingly. The sixth chapter, the Homa ritual of fire offering and the section on medicine preparation, from the Cintachakra Dharani of Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, is completed. The secret treasury of the noble Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, the unobstructed essence of the Cintachakra, called Dharani, is completed. The Khenpo and translator of Zhuchen, the follower of the Bhagavan's teachings, the venerable Chodrup, translated and revised it from the Chinese text and established it.
