Therefore, please apply the medicine in front of the image of Avalokiteśvara. Recite each of the previous three mantras one thousand and eight times, generating loving-kindness and compassion for all sentient beings, and then place these medicines at the feet of the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara. Afterwards, touch the medicine, take it out with a curved spoon, and apply it to the eyes. This will cure all eye diseases such as discomfort in the eyes and head, cataracts, white spots, tearing, red spots, eye floaters, and head discomfort. If you regularly apply this medicine to the eyes as if holding an umbrella, all eye diseases will disappear. Applying it twice will make all diseases of the body disappear. Applying it three times will make eighty-four types of madness disappear. Applying it four times will prevent all internal and external obstacles from obscuring you. Applying it five times will ensure victory in all battles with enemies. Applying it six times will destroy all sins, afflictions, the four heavy sins, the five heinous crimes, nightmares, and curses, and you will never fall into the lower realms. Applying it seven times will cause kings, ministers, and all people to follow, respect, trust, and love you. If you apply it continuously for two weeks, you will gain great freedom. If you apply it continuously for three weeks, you will become friendly with kings and ministers. If you apply it continuously for four weeks, all yakshas and their retinues will come to serve you. If you apply it continuously for five weeks, asuras, nagas, yakshas, and rakshasas will come to serve you. If you apply it continuously for six weeks, dakinis and rakshasas with great power will protect you until you attain perfect enlightenment, so curses and evil spirits will not be able to harm you. If you apply it continuously for seven weeks, the great black deity and the eight classes of spirits will come and follow you.

Will become a servant. If given for eight weeks, it will become Antara. If given for nine weeks, all treasures will be seen. If given for ten weeks, the doors of the Asura's house will open naturally, and everything there will be seen. There will be no obstacles to arising and entering. If given for eleven weeks, all that burns like a burning medicine will appear and be rejoiced. Will one become long-lived? If one wishes to have great power, it will also be accomplished in the same way. If given for twelve weeks, many sages will open the treasures of jewels and show them closely, so that one can enjoy them as desired. If given for thirteen weeks, the doors of the Naga palaces will open naturally, and there will be no obstacles for those who see. If given for fourteen weeks, the doors of the palaces of the gods of the desire realm will open naturally, so that all will be seen. If given for five weeks, even in the darkness of night, it will be as bright as an umbrella. If given for sixteen weeks, the Vajra ground beneath the earth and the mandala of wind will also be seen.
