并且，对于众多的龙怀有慈悲心，为了使它们彻底摆脱痛苦，并为了使众多有情众生远离痛苦且没有仇恨的敌人而宣说佛法。当时，龙女为了修持此法，供养了一座娑婆世界的珍宝山。我则为她广说了此佛母陀罗尼，从而摆脱了痛苦的障碍。之后，菩萨水精为了利益那些受持此明咒的人，并为了彻底守护他们免受障碍，说了此咒： བི་མ་ལེ། （藏文） མ་ཧཱ་བི་མ་ལེ།（藏文） ཨུ་ཧ་ལེ།（藏文） མ་ཧཱ་ཨུ་ཧ་ལེ།（藏文） ཧུ་མ་ལེ།（藏文） མ་ཧཱ་ཧུ་མ་ལེ།（藏文） ས་ཧཱ་ལེ།（藏文） མ་ཧཱ་ས་ཧཱ་ལེ།（藏文） ཙི་ལི་ཏེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།（藏文） 维玛类，玛哈维玛类，乌哈类，玛哈乌哈类，呼玛类，玛哈呼玛类，萨哈类，玛哈萨哈类，则利得 梭哈。无论是种姓之子还是种姓之女，无论身处何方，如果修持具有千眼千手的菩萨的此法，我也会恒常跟随他们，并加以守护，从而不会受到魔众的干扰。无论谁感到匆忙和贫困，或者受到外敌的侵扰，或者将要受到盗贼的侵害，用五种颜色的线念诵咒语二十一遍，每念诵一次咒语就打一个结，然后将它系在左臂上。此外，左手的无名指、中指和食指握拳，用拇指按压在上面，然后将小拇指指向盗贼的方向，念诵此咒一百零八遍，那么他们都会自行离开，不会造成伤害。过去，菩萨观世音自在住在雪山上宣说佛法，看到居住在夜叉和罗刹国土的人们只寻求有情众生的血肉，没有任何善心。当时，那位菩萨以善巧方便利益和调伏众生，凭借神通力，立即到达那些地方，显现具有千眼千手的降魔之身，为了圆满成就佛母的陀罗尼。

And, with compassion for the many nagas, in order to completely liberate them from suffering, and in order to make many sentient beings free from suffering and without hostile enemies, the Dharma was taught. At that time, a naga maiden, in order to practice this Dharma, offered a mountain of jewels from the Sahā world. I then extensively taught her this Mother's dhāraṇī, and thus she became free from the obstacles of suffering. Then, the Bodhisattva Crystal spoke this mantra in order to benefit those who uphold this vidyā-mantra and to completely protect them from obstacles: bima le (Tibetan), mahābima le (Tibetan), uha le (Tibetan), mahāuha le (Tibetan), huma le (Tibetan), mahāhuma le (Tibetan), sahā le (Tibetan), mahāsahā le (Tibetan), tsi li te svāhā (Tibetan). Whether it is a son or daughter of good family, wherever they may be, if they practice this Dharma ritual of the Bodhisattva with a thousand eyes and a thousand hands, I will always follow them and protect them, so that they will not be disturbed by the retinues of demons. Whoever is in a hurry and impoverished, or is harassed by external enemies, or is about to be harmed by thieves, recite the mantra twenty-one times on a five-colored thread, tying a knot each time the mantra is recited, and then tie it on the left arm. Furthermore, clench the ring finger, middle finger, and index finger of the left hand into a fist, press down on them with the thumb, and then point the little finger towards the direction of the thieves, and recite this mantra one hundred and eight times, then they will all leave on their own and will not cause harm. In the past, the Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, the Lord of Freedom, resided on the snow mountain and taught the Dharma, and saw that the beings living in the lands of yakshas and rakshasas only sought the flesh and blood of sentient beings and had no virtuous thoughts whatsoever. At that time, that Bodhisattva, skilled in means, benefited and tamed sentient beings, and through the power of miraculous abilities, immediately went to those places, manifested a body to subdue demons with a thousand eyes and a thousand hands, in order to perfectly accomplish the Mother's dhāraṇī.

做了手印之后，那时罗刹国的国王来到我的面前，坦白忏悔了自己的过错，并顶礼膜拜。我也以成就的手印加持了他，使他证得了无上的道。这是观世音菩萨成就的手印：站立，双脚并拢，双手合掌于胸前，两小指交叉，左手压在右手上，念诵二十一遍大身咒，无论做什么样的仪式，都能成就。再者，这是观世音菩萨救度六道众生脱离痛苦障碍的法轮手印：如果想要救度六道众生脱离痛苦，就应该使用法轮手印。像这样，十指指尖互相接触，手腕的关节和手掌心要分开。手指之间也要留有一指宽的距离。这就是菩萨安住于六道之中，使他们脱离痛苦障碍的手印。以此法轮手印的力量，一切众生都能脱离痛苦。再者，这是千眼观世音菩萨圆满正等觉的手印：结跏趺坐后，先伸出左手，五指张开，放在左膝上。然后伸出右手，五指朝下，压在右膝上。这和灭尽定的手印相似。过去、未来、现在的一切诸佛，都同样以此手印圆满正等觉。此手印能消除一切业障。瑜伽士、禅修者，如果禅定没有现前，在七伞之间（的距离）到寂静的地方，念诵此陀罗尼，做此手印，心

After making the mudra, at that time, the king of the Rakshasa country came before me, confessed and repented of his mistakes, and prostrated. I also blessed him with the mudra of accomplishment, causing him to attain the unsurpassed path. This is the mudra of accomplishment of Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva: Standing, with both feet together, palms joined at the chest, crossing the two little fingers, with the left hand pressing on the right, reciting the Great Body Mantra twenty-one times, whatever kind of ritual is performed, it will be accomplished. Furthermore, this is the Dharma Wheel mudra of Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva that saves the six realms of beings from the obstacles of suffering: If you want to save the beings of the six realms from suffering, you should use the Dharma Wheel mudra. Like this, the tips of the ten fingers should touch each other, and the joints of the wrists and the palms should be separated. There should also be a distance of about one finger-width between the fingers. This is the mudra of the Bodhisattva abiding in the six realms, causing them to be freed from the obstacles of suffering. By the power of this Dharma Wheel mudra, all beings can be freed from suffering. Furthermore, this is the mudra of complete and perfect enlightenment of the Thousand-Eyed Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva: After sitting in the lotus position, first extend the left hand, with the five fingers open, and place it on the left knee. Then extend the right hand, with the five fingers facing down, and press it on the right knee. This is similar to the mudra of the cessation of perception. All Buddhas of the past, future, and present, likewise attain complete and perfect enlightenment with this mudra. This mudra can eliminate all karmic obscurations. Yogis and meditators, if samadhi has not manifested, go to a solitary place within the distance of seven umbrellas, recite this dharani, make this mudra, and with a focused mind,
